Vikings/Eagles

Isn't it tampering to have Tomlin calling the Viking's defense for them?

My poor father-in-law. He just said "If the Eagles play like this in a couple weeks, it will be a good game." I literally started laughing out loud.

Eagles defense is a good match against the pats. They can pressure with just the front 4. Fletcher Cox is a beast at DT and will pressure up the middle. Eagles also have good depth on that DL so they can rotate and stay fresh unlike the Jags.

Eagles offense is much better than the Jags. They have one of the best OL so they can run the ball with power with Ajai or Blount. They also have good receiving backs. They have big, physical WRs and 2 good TEs.

Of course, they have to also overcome the refs who will give the Pats key first downs when they need it, but the Eagles are a good matchup.

What a disappointment this game was...though after the first game I figured this one would be a dud. I was really hoping to watch Minnesota play in the first home Super Bowl.

Will the Iggles bring Lombardi to the Keystone state though?

It's a shame the Refs won't allow us to see how the Cheats would do against Philly without "meddling"

It doesn't matter, the deck is stacked. Unless it's the Giants, the league does not want the Pats* to lose.

Yeah, pats by 20.

If the league allows the players to decide the game they absolutely have what it takes to beat them. Ertz is every bit the match up nightmare Gronk is for different reasons. Their WR's are damn good too. Unlike Jacksonville they can hang with the *Patsies offense barring the typical bullshit calls you know they'll get at key moments.

The Eagles are another team our coaches need to look at. They lost a lot of key players this year, culminating with losing the MVP of the league when he went down, QB Wentz. They have continued to win. Now, posting two wins in the playoffs. They beat a hot Atlanta team and now just dominated a very good Vikings D with Foles at QB. If they play that way against the Cheats and their refs, they might have a chance. But, my guess is they will still need to play better.

I turned the game off at halftime. What a letdown and a boring game. I was pulling for the Vikings, but it wasn't that big a deal to me who won. I think the Vikes blew their load last week. In any case, GO EAGLES!!!

Yeah, Minnesota didn't win last week so much as New Orleans lost it on that last play. I was pretty surprised that Zimmer didn't elect to bring in Bradford in the second half or Bridgewater (don't know if he was even active or not). The game got to big for Keenum, and that was clear to see last night. First drive everything went right for Minnesota, and from there Keenum never settled down. Too bad, I was hoping to see the kid work his magic more than Foles. While we're at it, how about the Vikings #1 defense getting absolutely bent over last night? Jesus, that was worse than the Steelers last week. At least we know we have a turd defense; Minnesota, statistically, #1. That was pathetic.
