Versatility at Linebacker Will Improve 2015 Defense

Not even a practice squad last year. Let us hope he turns out to be a real steal as at this point he looks like a camp body.

yeah as the Miami fans I just talked to had some real interesting things to say about him. And none of them good.

In 2006 Mike Tomlin was the D-Coordinator
Vikings were 8th in Total Defense, 5th in Points Allowed (31st against the pass and 4th in passing TDs allowed as well as 5th in INTs, 1st against the run and 4th in rushing TDs allowed)

2006 stats: http://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/min/2006.htm

Your stats are completely wrong. They were 14th in points allowed not 5th. One thing that people overlook is that defense was 19th in scoring %. Which means the % of times teams got the ball and scored. Plus their SOS was worse than the year before or the year after. The year after their SOS was .4 while the year Tomlin was there it was -1.3.

Position flexibility
Some true standard is the standard ****
Obviously

Bring in everyone including the kitchen sink. I want to see the competition during OTA's all the way through camp. It will only make the LB corp that much better. Bring it and keep bringing it or go home.
