Oswieler or Manning? Hard to tell at this point. None of them scare me and I think our offense puts up enough points to take this one as well.

Biggest worry? Taking the Rats and the Browns lightly....that and injuries....were on cruise mode at the moment. We control our own destiny and I believe we will finish 11-5 and onto the playoffs.

Osweiler is going to start at QB on Sunday afternoon. The Broncos have a ton of talent --- this will be a dogfight and a nail biter. Glad it's at Heinz.

Manning isn't coming back until the playoffs.

We need to focus on stopping the Broncos pass rush and putting them in a hole early.

One game at a time. It's a must win, as all the remaining games are. We have to contain Osweiler and their running game. I expect a 24-20 game. The team that makes the fewest mistakes wins. Should be simple as that. We are good enough to beat them.

Didn't they lose their RB last week? They couldn't score a TD at home vs the raiders, their D is tough. No name qbs worry me, we seem reluctant to come after them and rather we try to confuse them and that ends up giving them all day to throw

Their defense is formidable. They have a great secondary and a great pass rush. This is going to be a tough game. We aren't trotting out a great defense and they have weapons in the pass game. We have to keep them behind the chains and put pressure on the QB

Hillman, CJ Anderson and now Juwan Thompson. Same guys as last year.
The deal with the broncos is their OL and offensive scheme. Manning, as Heinz said, wont be playing and even if he was, the system that Kubiak runs is not conducive to a 39 year old QB (being under center). Osweiler is more mobile, but the OL is a sieve. Provided we continue blitzing how we have been, we should be able to get to the QB.

From rotoworld:

Brock Osweiler completed 35-of-51 passes for 308 yards and rushed three times for ten yards in the Broncos' Week 14 loss to the Raiders.
The Denver offense has become increasingly painful to watch with Osweiler at the controls, so much so that the Broncos may have to give serious consideration to turning back to Peyton Manning once his foot heals. Holding the ball far too long in the pocket against the Raiders, Osweiler absorbed five sacks -- all by Khalil Mack -- and went into fear-based panic mode late in the game. Osweiler failed to engineer a single touchdown drive, with all 12 of Denver's points coming on Brandon McManus field goals. The Broncos head to Pittsburgh next. Osweiler is barely on the fantasy QB2 map.

We just beat up a formitable team with a pretty good "D". We play to our capeabilities, we will beat the donkos too. Hard fought, yes.......diciplined, yes......... glad it's at heinz.

Salute the nation

Denver has struggled putting up points with Osweiler, pats* game withheld. I actually think their offense can play to the steelers defense strengths in that regard. I'm talking about the whole bend-but-don't-break, give them yards but hold them out of the end zone. They're only averaging 19 points a game through their last 4 games. Oakland had a great deal of success bringing heat through the middle of the donkeys oline and their right tackle is absolutely shell-shocked after allowing Khalil Mack to beat him for 5(!) sacks yesterday. Oh, and denvers pass catchers have a serious case of the dropsies going right now. The key to this one is getting out to decent lead and forcing them to play catch up with us. However, Denver does have a formidable pass rush so I don't think we're gonna have to ability to throw it way down the field the way Ben is going to want to. On the other hand, the oline has been playing pretty good but they have a big task this week. One thing to watch throughout the week is the health of Von miller. He left the field yesterday against the raiders atleast two times that I can remember. I'm already pumped for this one and we have 6 days to go.

Oswiler is way better than Manning at this point in his career. I don't give our defense any advantage if Oswiler is throwing to Sanders, Thomas, Davis and Daniels. If Blake's on the field, forget about it. We win this game with pressure and hopefully force Oswiler into mistakes early and often. The crowd needs to be Blast Furnace loud this weekend!

Their Defense is the best in the league. We will have trouble moving the ball on Sunday. That being said, I think 24 points wins this game for us. 24-20 steelers.

I see this as a game the steelers O makes a real statement... I think we lay 40 on this team. i dont think that D is capable of shutting down multidimentional teams. I also think if we have a lead their O will meltdown... i was never afraid of Denver. they arent as good as their stats

I think it would do the Steelers coaches well to be very very wary of the Broncos this week.

Gameplan like the season depends on it. Cause it does.

I hope old noodle arm makes a miraculous recovery. He's done.

The only thing I'm afraid of is Ben being off, which he can be from time to time

We need to him to be at his best - loose and confident like he has been the past several weeks.

We have the momentum going into Sunday's game with the Broncos. We are definitely peaking at the right time. We've knocked off two first place teams in a row.....let's make it three! Go Steelers!!!!

This has been a concern of mine as well going into this run. However, I think Ben kind of got that game out of the way yesterday. Now, I realize he only missed 9 passes overall and started the game on absolute fire, I think in the second half, he and the receivers weren't on the same page and we seen some overthrows and drops because of it. In no way, shape or form am I implying that Ben had a rough outing yesterday, just feel like this was that "off" game he has from time to time. ANd quite frankly, if that was his off game, I'll gladly take it.

This could be the beginning of the perfect scenario for us. Beat these clowns, they lose one more afterward and KC wins out (and wins the West). Steelers get the 5 seed and pound the weak *** AFC South champion (whoever that may be)

There is another element to getting the #5 seed. If the #6 seed wins, that team automatically visits the #1 seed (hello, visit to New England against relatively rested and healthy Patriots). But if we get the #5 seed AND the #6 seed (Broncos, Jets etc.) beats the #3 seed (Chiefs or Bengals), then we could avoid a trip to New England until potentially the AFCCG.

If rather play them in the divisional round, we don't have a good history against them in the AFCCG.

That makes less than zero sense. The history (2001, 2004) means nothing in 2015. I'd rather give them a chance to get beat (like in 2010) before they play us or at least beat up. Playing them fresh off a bye doesn't sound like fun at all.

Osweiler is pedestrian without a running game. While the game is no gimme we should win outright. This piece scares me a bit, however our Offense is not letting us down lately. If the D can do their part we should be good to go.

CJ Anderson should be back, he's the power runner, they run the ball better with him in there more than Hillman.

No we don't but there's only one way to change that. Beat them at their place for a date in SB 50.

Looks like we are 6 point favorites against the Broncos. That seems like too many to me --- I would set the line at 4.5.

Good point. Never thought of that scenario. Though I don't know who their last 2 are against,
