Ulysees Gilbert III

Special teams will need to be his friend.

Digging more his speed stands out as does his coverage ability.

A lot to like from the Steelers picks this year. I am pumped !

Played in EVERY game of his collegiate career and played 3 linebacker positions. Steelers said he can play inside or outside the box in sub packages right from the start has sideline to sideline speed. MLB

I think the Steelers realized last season the need for speed at linebacker. They got a lot quicker at the position with this year's offseason.

Salute the nation

He can string the bow and split the arrow. I look for great things from he and Ola.

What happened when Shaz was hurt to the defense? I think this is a pick to ad depth and insurance if Bush goes down.

We were getting run on hard when Shazier was healthy. We had problems with overDurpee bull rushing himself out of position. Teams ran hard right and we had no answer. I want to say Tuitt was playing with one good arm that year too.

I don't have his pro day numers in front of me but I remember them being eye catching. From memory: vertical was 39.5", 20x225lbs, 40 is in the high 4.4 range, 3-cone was under 7sec, and broad jump was better than Bush. 225lbs. That SPARQ would put him in the Bush range.
