Why not argue that any freedom that exacerbates a problem be taken away from people?

Bars, liquor stores and beer distributors exacerbate drunk driving. The right to bear arms exacerbates murder and armed robbery.

For every one of those peeping articles, you could find 1,000 articles where someone used a gun to commit a crime, or killed someone drunk driving. Much bigger problems than peeping that are the result of people abusing their freedom.

On the contrary, what's being discounted is the BILLIONS, if not HUNDREDS of BILLIONS, of people using public bathroom in the same time period without any crime being committed whatsoever.

Your community's locker rooms may say they are gender specific. I can go to your community center today, say I identify as a female, and I can walk right in. Doubt me?

Are social norms hard to get around or they don't matter, cuz now you've argued both.

And again, to refute your last two sentences, we don't just have men saying they are going to use the restrooms, we have men doing it. We have men in the showers. We have men in the shelters. We have men in the dressing rooms. Countless stories.
