Watched a bit of a hype video from the Steelers. Looked like the offense works out seperate from the defense. Lots of catches etc. I totally get the situation from the standpoint of the acclimation period, they are essentially condencing work they would have done in OTA's etc. and there are no padded practices till later this month. However, why not at least a ****** helmet. You have no defenders, no one on one, No Skelly. But wouldn't you maybe want to put on a helmet and try to get used to some visors and whatever you are thinking of wearing during the season. They are coming up to 4 weeks from regular season play. If next week is another right off, that is a lot of work that has to be done in just over three weeks.

I agree on the acclimation and determination of what, if any, type of shield / mask that will be wearing. Personally I always train with the equipment I'll be using in the event I'm competing. No Brainer

Just realized we probs wont have that one training camp allstar that we all fall in love with, are sure he is going to make the final roster he doesnt. We ***** and complain that we let the future hall of famer go. only to have the other 31 teams show no interest in him
