Trade Tomlin or sell the team Rooney…. Pittsburgh Billboard

Kudos to Kevin Adams for his forthright public statement on behalf of frustrated Steeler fans.

Hopefully, the Steelers will begin to listen to their fans base, especially those long time fans like the ones who post here. It will be interesting to see how the media and the team react to this clear poke with a sharp stick.

When yinz are ready to put a gofundme together for some stadium fly over plane - advertisement let me know. We could even come up with some banner messages here.

Like, “ Mr. Rooney can we get a new HC PLEASE” sincerely Steelernation”.

The desire, strong passion to strive for championships just is not present with Art.
He’s too comfortable thus he’s created this entire atmosphere in Steelerland of comfort and loyalty to all to where it’s become a fault and it’s the theme in that building.
Coaches don’t get fired if they are under contract regardless of their quality of work. Stability whether they are doing a good job or not is more important.
The entire philosophy from ownership is scewed and so out of whack that they live in denial and don’t recognize when it’s broken.
I’m afraid boys we’re in for some more of the same until not only Tomlin is gone but the owner steps aside as well. Hope the son of Art sees things differently.

When you have a DEI policy named after your family, Deuce simply isn't going to be the Rooney who fires their first Rooney Rule hire.
Shades could go 0-17 each of the next two years and not get fired.

I agree and the last one was brutal. The noise is getting very loud and unless something big changes (and that seems impossible) it's going to be deafening by this time next year. It's never been this loud on the outside. He is getting into Marvin Lewis territory.

Back around mid-season one of the hosts on 93.7 The Fan said, regarding the national sports media, they don't realize in Pittsburgh that "No losing seasons" mantra is a punchline.
