Trade deadline thread

That strategy helped get him fired from his previous job. The Steelers will be in much better shape if they acquire a real WR2 heading into next season.
I always liked the multiple TE offense. But now that the Steelers are running it, idk. Maybe it's because they have never been able to cover a TE, it's always looked good when the Steelers played against it. But it lacks explosiveness.

I was seeing on SN reading their column, “ According to a team source, Khan offered the Saints the same package as the Seahawks for wide receiver Rashid Shaheed -- a fourth- and fifth-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft," Halicke explained. "Shaheed preferred to go to Seattle to reunite with offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, whom he played under last season in New Orleans, so the Saints accepted the package that honored their player's wishes."

So I can’t blame Kahn for the WR wanting to go to what he was familiar with.

Poni said Kaboly said the same about Meyers. They let him pick his team and he went with the Jags. Honestly, it makes sense since he'll see more volume there.

So I can see he was trying and it isn’t like he didn’t have a busy offseason as well as the recent Pats trade. So fans shouldn’t IMO be too down on the guy.

Kahn & Wiedl have done a hellA good job in comparison to the usual past.

I have to add Andy because he has been involved heavily, you can see his hand in it.

Our trenches have improved dramatically, given the sub-coaching involved.

The best news is we have been climbing out of the deep shitz hole dug by many.

I t5hink is Kahn & Co. ease out from under the Tomlinization of the past, we will have a very good team.

Of course the Tom Lin may be here awhile yet, but we will keep continuing to climb.

Salute the nation
