Top 3 steelers per position, the Kickers.

Personally, I think kickers are an important part of the game. Sure they don't get hit or tackle often, but they are very skilled at what they do. A bad one can sink a team almost as quickly as a bum at quarterback. A good one can clinch a game.

Three Rivers and Heinz field isn't the easiest place to kick

Our three best.

1 ) Anderson, money when we needed him, he was also a team MVP.
2 ) Johnson
3 ) Reed

Chirs Boswell, in my opinion, has Pro Bowl ability.

Gary Anderson easily first choice,
Norm Johnson, for many things but also his ability to square up and knock your socks off (tackle)
3a Jef Reed money in a hard money place..................................
3b Chris Boswell as he is definitely the best we've had in awhile with BIG potential

NOW we need a punter,

Salute the nation

Should have moved right to ranking D players. Talking kickers and punters not worth it.

1. Gary Anderson
2. Matt Bahr (better for the Giants, but still a great kicker)
3. Jeff Reed - Dude was a firecracker, competitor, and cared about winning. Plus he messed up a hand dryer at Sheetz
4. Norm Johnson - Steady norm
5. Sushi. I like him better than Chris Brown though Boz may become pass him with a couple more solid seasons.

Up next. Defense. Punters will be last.

Norm, just because I liked yelling NORRRRRMMMMMMM when ever he scored.
Anderson
Gerrilla
Bahr
Reed

This is the one category where you cant even think of including anyone from the 70s gerelas numbers were terrible.

1. Gawwy Anduhson
2. Johnson I guess
3. Skippy
4. Sushi
5a. Gerela for giving us an all-time great Super Bowl moment with Jack Lambert
5b. Boswell if he keeps it up
