Tony Dungy goes into the TB Ring of Honor tonight

Classy guy. TB fires him and puts him in their ROH. I'd have some issues showing up for that but he had great years there and seems to hold no grudges. Brought some Chuck Noll and Bud Carson with him to TB and developed the Tampa 2. FBC to win a SB. Great analyst. Children's book author! Congrats, I guess, for entering the TB ROH?
 
I went looking for who was the DB coach. Apparently there wasn't one. DC was Bud Carson back then,, and Woody Weidenhoffer was the LB coach. As to who was Tony Dungy's coach
 
This sticks in my craw. Tampa fired him in the middle of the night and ran him out of town basically, and then pulls this **** as a PR move..

Well Gruden won their super bowl with an average QB. They needed his X's and O's to win the final game.

Dungy is the nicest guy in the world, his character is amazing. I think if he wanted to he could be special as a religious leader, or running a charity. I hope he does something like that.

But I think Dungy's tenure un Indy is over rated. Peyton Manning is his own coach on the field.

Manning never won a Super Bowl with his arm. They beat Chicago on the ground, and Denver got him a win with defense. It takes coaching to overcome the other team nullifying your MVP QB.
