This line has two first round picks, a 2nd with Gilbert and then Foster & Beachum (two over achievers). With the middle and right side we better be able to run the damn ball effectively. The key is making sure we don't fall behind like we did against the Rats and we had to load up on passing. We are going to be most successful when we run the ball, control the TOP and keep our defense fresh. I hope this formula works for us most of the season and we stay healthy.

Bell is very patient. I think that's a huge factor in his success. He doesn't run into the back of an OL like Parker or Mendenhall did. He waits for an opening and takes it.

His patience is borderline absurd. It seems that he comes to complete stops behind the LOS and waits for the crease to develop. I'm not sure if I have seen anything quite like that.

It is weird to see it as it develops because he does seem to completely stop. No idea how it works but it seems to work well.

I'm glad he is a Steeler.
