Tomlin supporters....

Of course you did...have to blame Ben. Never mind that Ben said the calls came from Haley.

And again i already said i QB sneak both ******* times..so i dont care who called the plays. If it wasnt a QB sneak **** them

The first bad call came with the Steelers facing fourth-and-inches from the edge of the red zone in the first quarter. Down 14-0, Pittsburgh elected to go for it, and lined up with a tight trips formation and a single runner in the backfield. Roethlisberger didn't like what he saw from the Jaguars defense, altered the play at the line, and opted to pitch the ball back to Le'Veon Bell, who got blown up in the backfield.

There's no harm in going for it on fourth down — it's likely a decision more teams should make — but tossing the ball wide and gunning for the edge is an odd way for the Steelers to try and pick up a few inches. With Roethlisberger's size, it's tough to imagine him being unable to make it to the marker.

In the fourth quarter, Roethlisberger would get a chance at redemption. Down 28-21 and facing fourth-and-one, the Steelers lined up in the same formation, and Roethlisberger once again appeared to call an audible at the line. But rather than sneaking the ball himself or handing it off for Le'Veon Bell, Roethlisberger threw a 15-yard dart off play-action that fell incomplete.

Lol, so now some random article supports your delusions after Ben said the calls came from the sideline and Tomlin said they were his calls...sure the internet knows best...lol

No, he really isn't. Tomlin has arguably the best RB in the NFL, THE best WR in the NFL, a superb offensive line, a HOF QB, two very good defensive lineman, two 1st round CB's, and lost at home to a team QB'ed by Blake ******* Bortles.

Speaking of OL.. they’re one of the worst run blocking lines in the league IMO. Overrated.

Those wanting to fire Tomlin: name a viable replacement....

Did you know Doug Marrone's name before he was named Jags head coach, or even before today? There is talent out there, just because you don't know their names, doesn't mean they don't exist.

Maybe we can promote our OL coach, like Jax did?

Seriously, I have no expectation that Tomlin will be fired. I wouldn't even be shocked if the whole coaching staff came back intact next season.

SO when we win next year will you root for another team?

How does me stating my opinion of Tomlin have anything to do with my choice of being a fan of this team. Get the **** out of here with that bullshit.

Doesnt support when i already said didnt like either call..no matter who called them..they sucked..was just saying what i read.

Nah..im no Ben Hater...I just refuse to throatfuck him and gag with a blindfold hoping for a bukkake cream finish ....Seems hes absolved again of blame in your mind. Explain why though ? Take away those giveaways to Jax, and what do we have ?

Ive admitted Tomlin ****** up with the onsdide kick call...it was dumb. But the damage was done early in this game on a multitude of fronts. Im just hoping you can clean up, refresh and admit his jizz smelled this time. Cool ?

No I don't absolve him, but start out -14 (the turnovers) our defense still gave up THIRTY ONE POINTS to the worst QB in the playoffs, and one of the worst in the league. We have been -2 in turnovers before and still won the game, so I am not buying into that's the reason we lost. I think in the overall scheme of things Ben and his two turnovers were the very least of our problems today.

Where was the no huddle today? Ben had a QB rating of around 110 that was after the last drive, before the last drive his QB rating was over 124, he threw for FIVE td's and almost 500 yards, how much more can you ask of your QB? Our defense frickin sucks, play calling was ****** on third and short, and Tomlin looked lost most of the game, so ya I am standing tall for Ben, again he was the least of our problems.

No excuse but this defense was built around Shazier abilities

I would put more stock in topics like these if I didn't know that this same handful of people haven't been waiting all year for the opportunity to post all this. This same **** might as well have been typed up in August. People just had to wait until January to hit send. If we would have won the SB they would have just saved it up for next season. Ho hum.

How about either coordinator for the pats, or how about our OWN offensive line coach, how about luring Cowher out of retirement, or hey there is that one guy that led the giants to TWO superbowl wins with a lot less talent than we have. should I go on?

The only way the Tomlin goes is under his own terms. The Steelers and Rooney will never! NEVER EVER FIRE TOMLIN because of the fact that Dan Rooney is the guy who came up with the Rooney rule regarding Black Head Coaches in the NFL.

IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!

Should Tomlin be fired....I think you can certainly make the argument that the guy has underachieved considering the talent on the roster during his tenure here.I can't back the guy up! He's been here since 2007 and there have been many years.....2010, 2011, 2015, 2016, 2017. I count five seasons where he has had one of if not the most talented teams in the NFL with one of the Greatest QB's in NFL History during the season and failed to deliver a Championship for the Steelers.

Compare that to what Cowher had to work with before Ben got here in 2004 and it's no comparision......Cowher is the far better coach! If he had Ben early in his career our Steelers could have had double digit Championships with our Defenses in the 90's..

No excuse but this defense was built around Shazier . He is a great player but not all world and certainly we were a mediocre to poor defense his entire tenure with the Steelers.

Definitely not true.. before his injury we had two bad games jags and Bears.. and the plays today RBs out the backfield are the plays where his presence was most missed

Pats have been winning for 17 years, yet I know of no assistants coming from there and having any success anywhere else. So no, I would not look at the pats' staff for a coach.

Whatever dude, the legend of Shazier grows and grows. He was a good player but not all world and he misses a ton of tackles. He also overruns plays and he was on the field for a ton of big runs and plays over the middle.

The screen pass to Yeldon he makes that tackle that Fort missed...

Sure he does, the legend never missed a tackle. He was missing tackles left and right and over running plays his entire career. Go back and look at the tapes, he is good but far from a super star.

Marrone was the HC at Buffalo and sucked at it. His team will get caved next week and that's it. He's just a guy.

He took a team that won 3 games last year to the championship game . I doubt our head coach has the ability to do that especially without a HOF QB.

Never mind that you win and lose as a team. I don’t know why Ben feels the need to point fingers whenever things go wrong. Very unprofessional.

I am sure he will lose sleep tonight worrying that you don’t consider him professional. Especially when his HC and OC are far from “professional”

Um yeah thats what we did with Troy for years.

Troy was a piece of the puzzle, look at our DL and LB’s...We could still ball without Troy on the field.
