Tomlin supporters....

Tomlin drafted Dri Archer, we haven't won a SB since this occurred....therefore it's obviously Tomlin sucking it up out there.

Damn all day Tomlin was struggling to set the edge, he was missing tackles, he obviously lacked the necessary physicality out there and played poor situational above the neck football. Tomlin will need to improve his pass rush as well if he is going to continue getting so many snaps out there. Yup, Tomlin sucked.

Tomlin cut the guy who is setting the edge and making tackles for his new team, the New England Patriots....they, unlike the Steelers, will be playing next week.

Lmfao. Black Barry Switzer

Seriously? You are one of the biggest culprits of the race baiting on here. You are heading into Elfie territory. You consistently bring race into a conversation where it has no place being. Stop it and stick to talking about football. If you hate Tomlin because his calls fine but stop it with the race crap.

By the way lets look at some of the QB's Cower tried to win with. Tomlin has had a HOF QB the whole time.

But not for the color of his skin.

Blame Rooney’s then for their “Rooney Rule”. They made color a hiring issue with their name attached to it. Will always make their decisions around Tomlin questionable - which ultimately is unfair to Tomlin, even if he deserves to get fired.

Why? The rule only gives a opportunity to interview not having to hire someone. He came in and won so I have no issue. It is not affirmative action by definition.

This team has no discipline on or off the field and that leads directly back to Tomlin. He is a snowflake and afraid to discipline or be the bad guy.

At least we have the promised fireworks and Bell' s retirement to look forward to.

Please. They hired Tomlin after the rule. They had to.

I don't give two ***** about this hiring rule crap....I'm more upset the Steelers have lost two playoff games to probably two of the all-time worst QBs to lead a playoff team. That and the Steelers are looking like the only home team to lose this weekend.

And he has won consistently. Can you honestly say he was bad hire. If so your out of your mind. I won’t quote stats but seriously for all his faults he is a good coach. Yes he ***** up. He should have kicked it. But I would still take his tenure all over again. Warts and all.

Those game time decisions, or lack of good ones is what I have a problem with. He isn't going anywhere. But I am not sure he is the X and O coach that is needed.

I would of kicked it off all day every day. But i can understand it somewhat. We didnt stop them all ******* day. Yet still i kick off. But i cant forgive the not QB sneaking on both 4th downs. **** everyone for both those calls.

Barry Switzer won with Jimmy Johnson’s team but he was fired. Tomlin won with Cowhers team but can’t get fired.

Has zero to do with race. Usually, the Tomlin fans pivot and blame Ben if they can. Except Ben threw 5 TD's today and set a franchise playoff record for yardage.

Like I've been saying for years, I see zero sidelines coaching under Tomlin and picking Haley to run the offense underscores a severe lack of judgment.

Tomlin loses yet again to a 7-point underdog at home. Anyone see a pattern here?

Yeah, the offense puts up 545 yards and 42 points...and this loss is all Ben's fault. What a ******* joke.

What has he won consistently? Regular season games? Who gives a **** about that. This isn't cleveland.

I am thinking Todd Haley was a suggestion from a man named Rooney

He is so football stupid, he probably can't even spell XO. But he coined the term 'splash plays', so he's a ******* genius.

I admit, he has gotten better this past season with the TO's and clock management, but that may be b/c those types of situations didn't come up very much this season.

He's been winning with talent, not game-planning. Not coaching.

You honestly don't think he had it in the bag going in? The brains behind the Rooney Rule, meant to get more minorities into head coaching jobs, were in no way going to not hire a minority.

How do you show Ben props for what he did and then throw Haley under the bus? Our defense sucked today. How about Butler? ***** about Tomlin firing his *** this offseason. Chances are Haley won't be renewed anyways.

The loss came down to four key things.
1. Ben and the game plan/ play calling in the first 1/3 was terrible. Haley go find your next job. You are ***.
2. They were thin in the middle. This was a combination of Hargrave not making the second year leap and the unfortunate injury to Shazier ( but all teams get injured). I think they should have moved AlouAlou past him. Spence was terrible.
3. Coaching decisions.
A. The game plan to start
B. A toss play on 4th and a yard
C. A pass on third and less than a yard. A punt was absolutely fine.
D. The worst was the short kick. You had plenty of time to think. Ridiculous
4. I will be 100% clear. Jax deserved to win. Never turned the ball over. Great team win. But lets see them get the 50/50 calls next week. There were 4 or 5. Lets see that next week.

The game to me came down to situational game calling. On offense and defense we lost. The Jags excelled. that's all on the coaches in my opinion.

Situational football, cocky, nonchalant preparation for games in which they are heavy favorites... if by now he hasn’t figured out these two things, which destroy our team year after year, then he never will. Goodbye MT it’s been real, thanks for helping with #6 but we’ll never see #7 with you on the sideline

I will agree with this. Haley and Tomlin are the Rooney’s fault. Got to cut the head off of the snake. I wish the Rooney’s would sell the team to the fans then let each share equal 1 vote so the fans could dump a Tomlin or Haley as long as majority rules.

Tomlin extended another Steeler record he already owned. He lost for the 2nd time in a season to one team at HOME something never done in 80 plus years except by him, give him a trophy since we will never seen another real one with him.
