Tomlin sucks thread 11/6/16

Deficiencies? Ben has a higher career completion % than the great perfect Tom Brady and isn't far behind him in career passer rating.

yeah I know your expected response it is the players over and over again, not the coaches honest!

it is the players who consistently lose to inferior talent not the coaches

honest!

Big Bens fault that this trend exists!

lulz

ridiculous

Again, I have agreed with you about the coaching. But, I expect to see more from Ben Roethlisberger. Not 3 points against the ******* eagles, not 8 points to the ******* dolphins, not waiting for 3 quarters against your biggest rival before you start playing some ******* football. The Steelers aren't losing close games; no, they're getting their ***** kicked because the offense can't do a ******* thing. If the games were even just a little bit closer, I'd buy even more into what you're saying. However, the big bad offense and it's superstar QB hasn't done a damn thing in 3 losses this year.

Surely he's not without his warts. His road stats the last 3 years have been pretty abysmal.

you are clueless because in your mind you believe "not blitzing is the answer"

in your mind you believe it is the players more and the head coach is just a 10 percent insignificant bystander

you are quick to try to correct posters, when all your interest is proving to others how it isn't the coaching.

yes your posts are silly and I will continue laughing at them

Did we not blitz more last year and we were worst in defense last year??

and you will see more out of Ben

but again he had no business playing in that game

that trend will happen until the head coach changes it

there is more to blame than just the O for this teams woes. Too many areas of disconnect. Easily to focus in on one games problems, when the reality is the pirate who is running the ship, isn't good at directions.

HE won't put these players in the best position to succeed, because he isn't a X and O coach, who knows what he is doing out there.

Too many issues to be fixed, because one person led us to this with his decision making.

We can blame Tomlin for some of it....but not all of it......these guys are pros, but too many of them look to be coasting and just cashing a paycheck........don't worry......some of them might not be getting a check much longer.....!!!!!

The coverage/corners last year was the Steelers bugaboo, but the losing to inferior competition trend still continued and did this team no favors.

Look at the SB winning teams what do they do? apply pressure on QBs

it has to be accomplished somehow

but your Tommy Tom doesn't bring in the players needed, and continually makes head scratching decisions in every phase of the game.

However you spin it you don't find ways to apply pressure the SB worthy QBs will rip you up every time.

If blitzing helps, you blitz.

But already in your mind you are setting in stone the Steelers shouldn't blitz.

Real head scratching **** from you.

Real head scratching **** from you.

Set in stone someone asked why they aren't blitzing I explained what Butler said. Then proceeded to show an example of what he is talking about..where the flying **** did I say they absolutely shouldn't blitz. I said I thought we would get more production from Hayward and Tuitt. As a matter of fact Tuitt lack of sacks is probably my biggest disappointment for the defense. I Was hoping he could reach double digits this year.

Listen and watch.

The 95 yard TD was on a fire zone blitz.

And Burns was not on an Island, he had Safety help over the top with Mitchell.

I'm assuming you're referring to the draw play? The one that came from the no huddle? The no huddle where Ben calls the plays?

Ben calls the plays in the hurry up, it is 50/50 in the no huddle. If you see Ben looking at his wrist coach before he reaches the line, Haley called the play.

hope in one hand and **** in the other

the OLbers were a known problem and nothing was done about it

SS brought no upgrade just a rookie in the draft

this team sat on their ******* hands much like Tomlin does in most of the games.

And you want to point to this game this player did that and that game they did this

but the organization of this team and execution flat out blows

time management in game flat *** blows

penalties stupid ones flat *** blows

continuously losing to less talented teams flat *** blows

Tuitt isn't Heyward, and will be ok but not a star.

but none of it will matter if the head coach can't put this team in the right positions to win it all

and it is looking more each day that that man has no ******* clue

but yet from you it is the coaches coach and the players play

that is what I am saying your train of thought is head scratching a lot of the time.......

And yet you completely ignored my 2 questions as it relates to Butlers explanation.

They were doubling Wallace?? Mitchell was playing deep middle. Burns was one on one with Wallace

Being on an island has nothing to do with double vs. single coverage, being on an island means there is nobody over the top to help if the play gets behind you. Did you ever play a down of football in your life?

we do know you can blitz with keeping a S over the top to help a CB out though right?

Wallace didn't need to be doubled, Mitchell just needs to attack and tackle.

Go find them...like you tell everyone else.

Lol. Bruh I was trying to be nice and answer them really not that serious I thought I did which is why asked what they were..but since we being so tough about it **** you and your questions

I miss Dri Archer.

And if that safety is playing deep middle in a cover three then he is not just helping burns he is playing deep middle. And his job is to be deeper then deep. Burns is on his own til the pass is thrown but yeah continue to know what you are talking about

**** him and his questions but you were the one who spewed off before about going and finding ****.

Someone calls you on it which was pretty funny I might add, and your response is **** him?

SMH, how about you just stop being a ******** and answer the mans questions.......

Which is why the guy in the video described it exactly as I said burns was on on one with Mitchell. Mitchell responsibility I'd not Wallace its to be deeper then deep nothing gets behind him. He is reacting time the ball and where it is thrown which is he got there late

Yeah sport you sure no what the **** you are talking about. You invent **** to try to support your babble.

I asked you a simple question and you swam around it.

Typical keep spewing your bullshit.

Because I asked him to simply repeat them. I told bmoritz to search for them cause this was not the first time we had this discussion and I answered him before. Mind yours bruh

Mitchell was 5 yards from Burns when the ball is caught. Burns was no on an island. If Mitchell doesn't make the worst attempt at a tackle ever, Wallace is down with a 5 YAC. If Mitchell had blitzed, THEN Burns would be on an island against Wallace. If you have help over the top regardless of whether there is 1 or 2 safeties, you are not on an island.
