Ryan is throwing some ducks, though. They are not on the same page. I'm amazed JJ has over 100 yards.
 
Wallace may have lost a step but he's still fast. Foles had him open deep a few times and underthrew him so the DB was able to catch up and make the play.
 
Exciting ending, and excellent red zone D by the Eagles all night. Defense won that game.

Also the Boys to Men anthem may be the best I've ever heard. It's Super Bowl worthy.

Right there with you. Some odd melody choices. Nowhere near the best ever. I'd say that Whitney Houston version before that Giants SB was the best I've heard.
 
Well, TNF did show us something that we as Steeler fans almost never see... A running back with the number 26 scoring multiple TDs on the groand.
 
That was a great trade for Philly. Ajayi is a good back. Reminds me of a younger, shiftier LaGarrette Blount.

That is my contention in other threads. I'm told it is pedestrian and can be had by just about any RB. With a good OL (and PHI has one) it should be way higher.

yea, but do they count on the good defense in that equation? I'd take 4.1 ypc all day long, every game and twice on Sundays. What do I know?

Weird. On their first trip to the red zone, Julio wasn't even in the line up. Collinsworth assumed he was gassed. Then that last series down there they didn't throw a fade to Julio until the very last play. Really strange. I remember Julio getting pissed about his lack of end zone targets a couple of years ago.
 
With all of his red zone woes they should change his nickname from Matty Ice to Matty no dice.
 
This game was painful to watch. The constant parade of penalties, a litany of play stoppages for little injuries, the refs still having no idea what constitutes a reception...just mind-numbing.

I was amused, however, when they showed that Philadelphia has already erected a statue of Nick Foles and Doug Pederson outside of the stadium. You know, those two "all-time greats" the adoring Philly fans were already booing off the field at the end of the first half.

Tough to get any red zone throws to JJ when the line only gives you 1.5 seconds
