I'm telling everyone I think the guy the Steelers will covet is Takk McKinley. Something about his tough upbringing and history is going to resonate with Tomlin and he's going to fall in love. I just know it. He even plays just like Jarvis Jones but doesn't have the triangle number issues (which Tomlin will convince himself was the reason Jones failed). McKinley is an underclassman, which we often draft as well (and another difference to Jones that Tomlin will convince himself is the reason Jones failed).
I'm not a big fan of the tape, but McKinley fits at the ROLB spot as well.
Didn't McKinley report that he is undergoing shoulder surgery and will be out for at least five months?
On Feb. 23, B/R's Jason Cole reported McKinley said he would undergo shoulder surgery after the combine that will require at least five months of recovery.
"My agent asked if anything was wrong with me, and I said I had a shoulder that was sometimes bothering me," McKinley said Saturday, via Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com. "I had an MRI, and the doctor was pretty much amazed I had played with it. Me, I just told my trainers at UCLA, 'Just tape me up. I'm ready to go.'"

McKinley ran a 4.59 with 24 reps, so he is no Jarvis Jones, but still - shoulder surgery, five months recover? Pass.
