TJ Watt Wants Brother JJ Watt to Land in Pittsburgh after Release from Houston

May be one of the shittiest comments ever.

Here, let me help refresh your memory: The 2008 Titans started 10-0, then finished the season with 3 losses, including an 18-point decision to the Jets and a 23-0 shutout to the Colts. Then they proceeded to lose their first playoff game in the divisional round. They finished with neither a top-20 offense nor a top-5 defense.

You good now, bro? How about you just sit back and enjoy the historical significance of a 10-0 Steelers start, instead of pissing on it.

Well, they certainly would be in the bottom half of 10-0 teams by the eyeball test. I don't see them pushing the '85 Bears, '07 Pats, 1998 Broncos, or Peyton teams in the Dome.

this may be the only fan base in history to cry about their 10-0 team not being good enough

The Steelers don't have to be the 85 bears to take it all this season...they just have to be the best in the league this season and right now they are...record wise anyway

For me, it's hard to tell if they're good enough. I am of the belief that we haven't seen the best of this team yet, on either side of the ball. I think the only thing holding the offense back is the offense.

If there is a peak they have yet to hit, I hope they hit it right around SB time.

Unfortunately, you left out part of what I said: "Makes it even more impressive, in a way.". In other words, I don't believe they are as good as other 10-0 teams, but they very easily could have lost a few games and somehow found a way to win them. I love the team being 10-0..They may have fewer warts than other teams, but I just can't ignore them.

They still haven't peaked...but the arrow is pointing up.

Well, fortunately, none of those teams are on the schedule this year. Would the 2020 Steelers pass your eyeball test if they win nine more in a row?

I guess the part I omitted could be construed as some sort of backhanded compliment, but following your "worst 10-0 team ever" pronouncement, it sure didn't seem like it.

It's inevitable that even undefeated NFL teams, at this point in a season, are going to have some close games. In fact, the last 10-0 team, the 2015 Patriots, had 6 of their 10 wins decided by a touchdown or less. Then they proceeded to finish 12-4 and didn't advance to the Super Bowl. Even the mighty '72 Dolphins had one- and two-point wins during their unbeaten season.

All I'm trying to say is 10-0 has happened less than 20 times in the history of the Super Bowl era. Take pleasure in it happening with the team we all love, warts notwithstanding.
