Timmons soon to be available

Geez...This guy is like drugs for some folks .... just say 'No!'
 
would he take back up money to come home? he would be a good person to have on the bench behind Zac Brown from the Redskins
 
Just the thought of bringing Timmons back makes we want to puke........ on the field.

You guys act like we are going to actually have money and sign some top ILB FA. If we sign Bell, especially to the franchise tag, we ain't signing any FA. If we can get Timmons at or near vet minimum, he would instantly be better (assuming he can still run a little) than 2 or 3 of our current ILB's. We would still draft someone with the intent on that person starting. Right now, we have Vince Williams and no other remotely legit starter on the team and our backups are barely able to even play. Fort is probably our best ILB outside of VW. As I said earlier, if Timmons can still run a little, they will bring him but only if it's at vet minimum. If we franchise Bell, we may not bring in any FA's as we still would need to clear $7 million just to franchise Bell.
 
I expect the Steelers to sign Bell today. Mark it, dude.

Also, I'm pretty sure they will sign Demarcus Lawrence, and Drew Brees to be the backup QB. My surprise move for today is the signing of Peyton Manning as the emergency punter. Also, Jeremy Piven as their new mascot. He's ignorant and stupid, but he's only got to be better than Steely so the bar is low and I think he's got what it takes.

exaxtly he is better than Spence, there is no way Fournette would of averaged and got the 6.0 ypc and those huge sweep runss had timmons been at mlb, run blitzing he would of stopped or done a much better job at initial point of contact, and then allow the the rest to pile to push, spence just kept getting washed away as did Hargrave. this is why I want justin Ellis a true nt at roughly 330 and solidildly built like hampton and at 6"4 he has played well to playing under. My plan draft Evans to start at LILB RILB you can then let tyler timmons compete, and hopefully a 4 man front where we see watt and evans or Fort in coverage aor the only 2 LB we ask to drop back. use dupree in many ways both asa a olb and de.
