This getting OLD,....... AAA-ron related

Who gives a ****, it's a message board full of opinions.

MVS was a real world beater, Wilson could have developed more.

Last year's coaching did jack-**** for Wilson and bowed to Aaa-ron.

Narrative or not, $7mil retirement party here I come...................

PS The dislike for Aaa-ron is born from we know he is taking us nowhere, stemming from the replaced coaching staff. MM kind of got stuck with a bad QB situation and one can see he is climbing out of said situation.

Salute the nation
Bluntly if you want to really blame anyone about the receivers blame Khan. It was his responsibility to bring in weapons for Aaaron. Yeah they got DK but they traded away a cheaper, younger better receiver in Pickens. All we had to pair with DK was Austin and Scott Miller Skorwonski and Wilson. My guess is if they had to go out and get MVS and Thielen, then Wilson must have had his head up his arse. You aren't going to develop players on the field when you are in a playoff hunt if they don't understand the offense. Clearly something was amiss with him. These guys are pros, they want to win. You want to draft and trade based upon the future? That's fine but you play the best you have on the 53.

You're 100% correct here, but I was happy to see that head case leave. Don't worry, they'll be drama in Dallas with him around. He took away substantial targets from Lamb and that isn't going to sit well with him if it begins to happen again.

I get this to an extent, but if you can't get snaps over MVS and Thielen, then you probably shouldn't be on an NFL roster.

My guess is the only reason he stayed on the team was because he was a 2nd round pick..... they don't give up easily on those. I think of that fumble he gave up. He has the first, he ain't gonna score and he tries just jump over the guy and they lose the ball. I realize it's in the moment but his spatial and situational intelligence on that play screamed bone head. It's not very instinctual either. A lot of time players don't have time to process seconds. It's instantaneous intelligence. Maybe it's a QB making his progressions, maybe it's a defensive player reading a receivers hips, maybe it's vision for a RB. Whatever you want to call it maybe Roman just doesn't have it. In practice is one thing..... adapting to the field is a whole different animal. His head is kind of funny shaped....maybe he was dropped as a baby lol who knows

Pickens is a tough one for me. Yeah he's a strange bird but God damn he's so talented and they got a 3rd for him. I thought they were trying to win last year. If that was the case keep him and have dk and Pickens as your 1 and 2 and go for it. They never were gonna win squat with those receivers. You let him walk you get a late 3rd instead of a mid third but at least u went for it.... instead they cripple their offense and get a 3rd anyway. And btw everyone and their mother knew 27 was gonna be a banner draft. They would have gotten a 3rd for 27 a more valuable draft instead. I thought the team planning for last year in regard to Pickens was flat out contradictory and they got a pick in the wrong draft. It's not just the QBs in 27. Some of tge very best talent the last 2 years in college were underclassmen ineligible for the draft that will come out in 27. Jeremiah Smith, all the QBs and a litany of other studs. It will be chuck full of HOF talent. I give the Steelers an F for the Pickens trade
