Third time is the charm for the Raiders.

funny seeing offensive pass interference called late when early in the game they allowed Cooper to blatantly shove the DB to the ground then catch the ball and walk in for a TD.

whata craz ending. o

damn I missed it, thought KC had it in the bag after the FG

The NFL got what it wanted, an officiating crew who can keep the game close and exciting to the very end....... That will pull viewership back in.............

Salute the nation

Don't know why, but I was pulling for OAK. The last series was something out of a movie. Just when you think it was over, nope, one more play. Hold on, still not over, one more play. Was an exciting ending. I'd be POd if I was a Chiefs fan.

I was pulling for OAK so Pit would be tied for the #1 record in the AFC with a win this week. It was an exciting game and kudos to OAK for executing. They had to make that play on 4th down. KC knew what they were doing throwing deep outside the numbers, and still couldn't stop it. Raiders have big, physical receivers, and that was a distinct advantage to jumping for edge balls against smaller DBs.

The calls were right. Each team got away with a little bit, but the Raiders had to execute to get a chance, and KC was mugging receivers in the end zone. Usually refs don't make those calls at the end of a game, but they were the right ones.

The 5-0 Chiefs are now 5-2 after 2 straight losses in 5 days! Wow!

Oh, and pylon cameras should be mandatory for each and every game. They are AWESOME to watch, and leave no doubt for reviewing plays.

the first PI call on Crabtree was iffy. He stopped in the endzone, extended his arms for seperation and the defender lost his footing. Should have been a TD. Granted both teams were fighting out there for field position, but some calls were legit, some were ticky-tacky. On the pylon catch, I thought he did get in, but that angle was great. It was an exciting game and glad the Steelers are tied for first in the AFC with a win against the Bungals. The game just got a lot more interesting.

What I enjoyed was watching Lynch get tossed.

I heard that Lynch and Peters are very close and Lynch was trying to diffuse the situation.

Lynch left the bench,
sprinted ACROSS the field,
grabbed a ref,
o protect a guy on the OTHER team
who'd hit HIS QB
late.

Ya, he's a model team-mate.

Go Raiduhs!

Real time, it looked like a clear cut PI, and from the sideline angle. When they showed the angle from the QB perspective, you def could see the defender slip. Still the refs saw a larger receiver put his hands on a smaller DB, and the DB went down quickly. Realtime, calling that play, I can't fault the ref for what they thought they saw.

Yea, that pylon cam is a game changer. Looks like a TD on all other angles, but the pylon caught the clarity of him being down and short. These need to be mandatory. The Jets would have a TD if they had them there.

You forget who the Jets were playing. It wouldn't have made a difference.
