What a crazy ending of the game.
What a crazy ending of the game.
Don't know why, but I was pulling for OAK. The last series was something out of a movie. Just when you think it was over, nope, one more play. Hold on, still not over, one more play. Was an exciting ending. I'd be POd if I was a Chiefs fan.
I was pulling for OAK so Pit would be tied for the #1 record in the AFC with a win this week. It was an exciting game and kudos to OAK for executing. They had to make that play on 4th down. KC knew what they were doing throwing deep outside the numbers, and still couldn't stop it. Raiders have big, physical receivers, and that was a distinct advantage to jumping for edge balls against smaller DBs.
The calls were right. Each team got away with a little bit, but the Raiders had to execute to get a chance, and KC was mugging receivers in the end zone. Usually refs don't make those calls at the end of a game, but they were the right ones.
The 5-0 Chiefs are now 5-2 after 2 straight losses in 5 days! Wow!
I heard that Lynch and Peters are very close and Lynch was trying to diffuse the situation.
the first PI call on Crabtree was iffy. He stopped in the endzone, extended his arms for seperation and the defender lost his footing. Should have been a TD. Granted both teams were fighting out there for field position, but some calls were legit, some were ticky-tacky. On the pylon catch, I thought he did get in, but that angle was great. It was an exciting game and glad the Steelers are tied for first in the AFC with a win against the Bungals. The game just got a lot more interesting.
You forget who the Jets were playing. It wouldn't have made a difference. The Jets would have a TD if they had them there.
