- Aside from the fumble when he was trying to do too much,

Conner had a better day than LeVeon Bell. I'll take it. You take a V where you can get one.

- JuJu had a WAY better day than Antonio Brown.

At this rate, I bet JuJu finishes the season with more yards AND TDs.

Not good enough on both sides of the ball. Not seeing many positives.

Fitz, looks like the real deal. A CB/Safety that can cover? Can tackle? Can get a TO? Been awhile.

100%, The question is at what point was he worth our first round pick. If we have a top 7 pick, ouch.

Defense needs to finish now.
Promising start, they were pressuring Garapollo.
Minkah will be a playmaker. Give Bush a few more weeks. Defense is showing signs.

Rudolph just needs blocking. Smart with the ball, his int’s were forced, but he got comfy.
I like Conner, but would prefer he split carries with Snell/Samuels.

I’m not even mad for some reason. We are what we are I guess.

No no positive on this team They played no better than two previous games . The d defense started strong but second half did not show up. two leads and the let SF go right down the field. The offense was just terrible. Two play only made us still be in the game, Short field with turnovers no TD's, Same play calls on offense no receivers could get open, no TE's anywhere doing anything. Tacking once more terrible. No upside when you watch the play today

I actually will give credit to defense—but damn if they weren’t on the field too much.

That last drive — damn if Conner didn’t fumble, you could see just how hard they were breathing. They were just gassed

We didn't get beat as badly as I expected.
Rudolph and the offense were about what I expected, given that it was the kid's first start. Would have been nice to come away with 7's instead of 3's on those turnovers.
At least Boz was making the 3's.
Fitz is a help to the defense but they still suck.

Agree, this defense has real possibilities as they learn not to tackle each other on the goal line. Slow starting fur shur but not a bad game against a decent football team.

They seem to have some talent but for some reason there is no cohesiveness. Either it's the play calling or just lack of execution, we'll have to wait and see.

It was a better game than I expected, maybe we'll see some football this year after all.

I never felt the team was in control. The second they gave any sort of hope the team sucked it right out. Plenty of player changes and still no positive results. Which means other changes outside of player movement needs to take place.

When your offense is averaging a minute and 50 seconds a drive (yes I read that somewhere and yes you read that right), that's putting the defense in a terrible position. But they still haven't figured out how to cover TEs & the middle of the field, or ******* tackle.

Gotta take Rudolfs 2nd half besides the pick as a positive. The question will be consistency, he was up and down from quarter to quarter a lot in college. I'm definitely excited to see him play again

I HATE giving what looks like will be a top 12 pick at worst for a safety/3rd corner hybrid in Fitzpatrick, I think it was a panic move to avoid a train wreck season and heat on Tomlin, but he made the D more dynamic today and was the most active player on D I've seen this year, props to him and all the best, he didnt make the trade can't hate him for it, I'll cheer and be excited about him

One positive takeaway is that Ulysees Gilbert will be playing inside linebacker for us in the near future. There is no way Mark Barron sticks around after that pathetic performance, right? I mean he was awful for four quarters. He was consistently bad against the run and against the pass. He's been terrible since the season opener, and may actually be getting worse, if that's at all possible. How will that not show up on film, when they review it early in the week? We actually have an ILB coach, Jerry Olsavsky. Maybe he's the one that needs to be fired first, for allowing this travesty.

This team needs a coaching overhaul. It just is just time....................

I don't know, Bud Dupree keeps running back on the field every game. Expect a long career here for Mark Barron.
