The Zapruder, I mean Porter video

Joe,

TimSteelersfan from this site did this a couple days ago. It is on several of the threads about Burfdefect and his bungles.

Unfortunately, this is Brown walking off the field only.
We know Brown was down a VERY long time and Joey, as seen where this video picks up, was already on the field, in the middle of Bengal players, running his mouth.
Happy as a fan, but I'm not strapping the homer goggles on.
The video is omitting a LOT of other things and painting a very Steeler picture.
Joey didn't touch anyone, and everyone is applauding him for getting the Bengals all riled up and losing their cool to get the game helping penalties.
Can't have it both ways.

What a shame the national media has decided to tear into Porter and the Steelers this week. I hope we **** Denver up and keep on trucking all the way to SB 50 as a **** you for ****** reporting.

This game will go down as infamy through the playoffs if the Steelers keep advancing. All the talking heads and players are going to believe this should have not happened, which obviously it's all ready happened. I dont care on what people say about this game. In my eyes, Pezzy didnt do anything wrong. If we actually do make it to the Super Bowl and win it, alot will say this Super Bowl was tainted because of the Wild Card game against Cincy. So people will throw an * in this Super Bowl like they do with the Pats and their cheating ways.

Chill with the drama man. First of all, if we make it to the Super Bowl and win it, it will be because we beat the #1 seed on the road, and the #2 or #5 seed on the road, then the best NFC team. Nobody can take that away. Obviously if we win it all, in hindsight, everyone will agree that the better team won in the Wild Card game.

Second of all, if we win it all, who gives a **** what people will say? We'll be the champs again!

You're absolutely correct. My thought process at the time of me making that post was that. I dont care on what other people say. We advance because the Steelers were the better team that day. Im just kind of pointing out this will happen. I have friends already calling it b.s. And I just listen and smile knowing that my team is here and theirs are not. Im looking into the future of Sunday and not dwelling on last Saturday's past.

we won for 2 reasons 1) we were the better team and 2) (I never thought I would say this) we were the most disciplined team

Why were the Bengal players even there? The refs should've had all of them away from the damn area, none of them needed to be there. They were out there pissing, moaning, whining, talking **** because BirthDefect just committed one of the dumbest penalties in Bunghole history, and for the Bungholes, that says a lot. How many Steelers were milling around Bernard when he was being assisted off the field? Sort of one on the periphery, Mike Mitchell, and he's being ushered away by an official just before they help Bernard from the field.

Now contrast that with whatever the hell the Bungholes were doing, trying to get to Brown, milling around jawing, and then bumping into anyone and everyone.

I can't say for 100% certainty you're wrong, but I'm pretty sure you are based on every thing I've seen. Every indication, snipet, etc, shows Porter over Brown/next to Brown up to the point this GIFs/Videos start playing. The Bengals were engaged with the refs up to that point, and Porter was NOT in that group.

Unless there is some video evidence that shows otherwise, there's no video evidence that shows otherwise.

Let's also remember this.....

NONE of this is even an issue if Jeremy Hill doesn't fumble.
Plain and simple.

But he did fumble, we did recover, we were driving with time on the clock.
Everything else is circumstantial after that.

Absolutely.
This is on the refs and the coaching staffs.
There shouldn't have been this type loitering with this amount of players/staff.......from either team.

Nope... Porter was with the trainers in the huddle over brown... the Bengal players gathered nearby... cinci coaches were on the field at the same time< check out the video right after the flag, burfict runs to plead his case to Lewis, who is on his way to talk to the refs, ON THE FIELD BY THE 40... you can also see another cinci... coach out by the refs pulling players away to get ready for the next play.... AGAIN all game these were assistant coaches from both teams on the field in these situations... its an utter and total lie based on porter's rep that he did anything wrong... ANYTHING...

The only problem with your theory is actual video evidence for the 5-10 minutes Brown was down and out on the ground with play stopped. Either for or against your point or mine.
The specific problem with a part of your point is Porter over Brown/next to Brown the WHOLE time.
When the above posted video picks up, Porter is already separated from Brown and the trainer who are making their way off the field.
Joey is standing behind a wall of Bengal players NOT walking off the field.
The Bengal players didn't magically appear out of nowhere and surround Joey as he was walking off.
Then, Joey steps around these Bengal players AFTER the trainer swipes at Burfict's hand.
He could/should have then walked off with Brown and the trainer.....since this is the supposed reason he is out their in the first place.
But instead stays right there, not moving, grinning away at the Bengal players. He doesn't touch anyone. And at this particular moment, doesn't seem to be saying anything to anyone, either.
But to think his mere presence and smile annoyed all the Bengal players to the point of the chest/back bump and Pacman exploding is just retarded and/or naive.
One of the best trash talkers in the history of the NFL is out there NOT talking?
Please be for real.

Again, what you're saying is Joey was on the field the entire time and didn't utter one word to any Bengal fan?
His million dollar smile just incites that kind of rage?
There the entire 10 minutes or so never once speaking?
Joey Porter?
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

Hey, I'm as happy as anyone for a typical Bengal meltdown and a victory for our boys.
But I'm not gonna turn a blind eye nor make up nonsense to support what happened.

That is assumption plain and simple... the only time Joey is seen speaking to ANYONE on the field outside of the trainers and Brown was immediately after Burfict has the altercation with the trainer, and we cant be sure that was to Burfict or to the ref right beside him... in any case there is no shot, from the end of the play to the flag where pacman jones is near porter when Porters mouth is moving at all... and Pacman is saying he went nuts over what porter said... The entire end altercation there Porter NEVER utters a word... he just grinned and walked backwards....

The bengals were upset with Porter because he yells things from the sidelines during the game... that's a rumor a season old now.... this was Vengeance and Pride acting out... it was proving a point... not reacting to aggression... If you want to dispute it, put up facts, not, "well he was an *** so it must be true... all three bengals opening their mouths about this are bigger jackasses and trouble starters than Porter ever was, and he used to be pretty good at it....

So if Porter is out there running his mouth, none of the Bengals bothered to do anything or say anything until BirdShit came over said what he said to Brown, and Dingleberry pushed Porter from behind? Yeah right, you honestly think not one Bengal would've been in Porters face earlier if he was out there running his mouth prior to that?
Ben brought up a very good point, the WR/OC/offensive coaches weren't out there because they were taking that time to figure out a way to gain another 5-10 yards to make the FG more makeable, the flag on Pac Man had yet been thrown, so at that point it was a 50 yarder. And look on the video where Pac Man is, he's closer to the Steelers sideline, between AB and the sideline, he's not near Porter to even be able to hear him, Dingleberry shoves him from behind, Porter does nothing, and Pac Man comes running over and goes through a ref to take a shot at Porter. That's why the flag was thrown, for hitting the ref, I don't care what Porter or anyone else was saying out there, that doesn't mean you run through a ref.

So 1. Porter is leaving the field.
2. Birdshit comes over and this is where he tells Brown, I put you to sleep ************, which is why the trainer reacted that way, Birdshit almost hits Porter in the head.
3. Porter gets shoved in the back by Dingleberry into a group of Bengal players
4. Porter does nothing, except smile and back away
5. Pac Man comes out of nowhere, slams into a ref, and takes a swing.

Oh yeah, it's all on Porter, what a douche.

Pacman wasn't in that group... neither was gillberry... both were in a spate group further ahead of Brown, burfict, and Porter... watch the whole video during the altercation... watch the Bengals coaches out there too... even that clip above isn't everything... there isn't anything supporting the Jones claims at all

I don't give a big **** about any of this. The Steelers won. Period. The Bengals are still losers. Burfdefect Is a low IQ criminal wannabe. But the Steelers are moving on. Tough **** for the losers.

This is not even remotely true, I have watched on DVR over and over, if what you are saying is close to truth, the Bengals fans would have plastered the video evidence all over the web. The only shot of Porter while Brown is down, is standing by Brown. Porter is not talking, No Bengals around. Then as AB is getting up Burfict comes over says something to Porter, Porter says something back, not animated, just a couple words, then the video above unfolds. It amazes me that people create complete fiction and act like it is fact, the only reason Joey is behind a wall of Bengals, is cause as he is following Gray haired medical/trainer (I have heard it was team DR, but not confirmed) and Burfict has hand on AB, the DR/Trainer tries to move his arm so he can assist AB, Burfict swats at him, grazes him, and hits Joey who says a couple thins, the rest is showed in that video. Yes, the Bengal players do come from (not nowhere) elsewhere as that all happens. Pacman was 15 YDS away and video shows he wasn't anywhere in vicinity of Porter until the shove.
What is more Naive/retarded, watching the video evidence or just making stuff up and assume you are right, because hey, it's Joey Porter?

As you can see here, Porter is standing over the down Brown just as they are getting him up... there are bengals in the vicinity, but none of them is Pacman Jones... he is twenty yards away at the sideline right now... the Lie that Porter came off the sideline and went into the Bengals "defensive huddle" to start **** is down right there... he came off with the trainers and went there to brown...
Afterwards he stays still and lets the trainers and brown get up and start moving... at that time he could have exchanged words with Burfict, who said something to him.... then Burfict goes and does what he does in the clip above... The Pacman scenario is an utter lie... Also there is a picture of Brown smiling as he came off the field but no wink and Pacman was pretty far from him too... The idea that porter was running his mouth and agitating isn't what the video shows... He was out there to make sure our guys didn't get into it with the bengals, which is why you see no steeler over near brown trying to help him or check on him... they didn't want a retaliatory penalty

Here is what appears happened, although I KNOW I AM speculating. I think once they separated Porter, they know his reputation, and at that point started to try to instigate him into giving back 15 yards. Why Pacman did what he did is beyond me, as you correctly point out around the 27 YD line by the left (from TV point of view) hash mark, then at some point circles around, because he comes from complete opposite direction for the push, just a complete moron move on his part.

Asst coach ref.jpg

And here we can see Mr Jones trying to plead Burficts case as soon as the flag was thrown for the hit... this was not his penalty mind you... it was right after the first yellow flew... and that is an assistant coach with a headset on the field pulling him away to the sidelines.... where he would claim to see the wink and hear porter cussing at him or something.... So Bengal Assitant coach on the field... Bengal head coach on the field... Jones no where he could have seen or heard anything he claims... hmmm smells fishy to me

Here is my point.
Porter actually was speaking. He was not out there as a mute.
I am not saying there is anything "illegal" with him out there jawing, either.
I would also say sticks and stones to the Bengal players.
But this nonsense that the angel Joey Porter was out there SAYING nothing to nobody is pure duncecap.
He did not walk off the field with trainer/AB.
They walk to the left of the screen.
He only moves to the top of the screen.
It would be nice to see the ALL 22 shot of this entire incident from start to finish.
I ultimately agree with Steelville, though.
We won, they lost.
Can't change history.

I suggest you go look at this post, with screen grabs and the actual, full, end of game video. It covers a critical 13 seconds and fills in the gaps you're missing.

http://steelernation.com/showthread...tdown-in-Cincy&p=208701&viewfull=1#post208701

Thanks to Zack_of_Steel, we have the full end of the game, where these screen grabs come from. Go watch all of it, for yourself. https://youtu.be/eL-AE1ZRp0k?t=8m23s

Joey is standing behind a wall of Bengal players NOT walking off the field. The Bengal players didn't magically appear out of nowhere and surround Joey as he was walking off.

You're simply not viewing and seeing the video evidence correctly. You need to look at both videos, and piece them together. First, Bengals players were all around Brown and the trainers the whole time he was down, moving like a swarm. They didn't have to magically appear, they were everywhere, as pictured:

Bengals_zpshkmevrd2.png

Bengals1_zpssvmngofj.png

Joey was standing over Brown at Brown's feet, until Brown was being stood up. This is one of the critical pictures. Keep in mind the direction of Brown's body. His head is to the right, his feet to the left.

Bengals3_zps71wq6ql7.png

Vontaze is in that group of Bengals around Brown's head, but not pictured (just his feet). Not pictured in that photo (but in other photos) is that there are Bengal players "below" this image if you will from Brown's now seated body - as well. Literally, Bengals were all around Brown.

As Brown is being stood up, Vontaze approaches Joey. Pictured. Critical pieces to put together - you can just make out #57 in the picture at 8:23. Then, you see #57 again in the picture at 8:26. Pay close attention to the time stamps throughout. Every picture shown, so far, comes from the actual tape of the game, so the time is real time as it unfolded.

Brown is being "sat up" at 8:23 (image above). Porter is at Brown's feet.
At 8:26 (below), Vontaze leaves the group of Bengals around Brown's head and approaches Porter.
At 8:30, Vontaze gets in front of Porter, saying something.

Bengals4_zps18nauvqe.png

Bengals5_zps7l1rvdw9.png

Vontaze turns around after the image at 8:30, 180 degrees, to put his hand on Brown's shoulder. Porter still has not moved.

Bengals6_zpshjbnb3dw.png

When Joey sees the scuffle with the trainer, he steps towards the Steelers bench, towards Brown and the trainer, to get between Vontaze, the Bengals and our team (the wall you speak of, the wall that was essentially pursuing Brown). Brown and the training staff continue off the field, and that's when Gilberrry walks into Joey, forcing him into the group of Bengals that had been between Brown and the Bengals bench.

Watch, again, the GIF movie: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/wysECduSPfk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Then, Joey steps around these Bengal players AFTER the trainer swipes at Burfict's hand.

I think you see, from the above, how Joey stepped around the Bengals, and a better understanding of why now.

He could/should have then walked off with Brown and the trainer.....since this is the supposed reason he is out their in the first place.
But instead stays right there, not moving, grinning away at the Bengal players.

No one can say what Porter's next move was going to be when Burfict touched Brown and scuffled with the trainer. Mere seconds before Brown was being lifted off the ground. But we can see what happened, and that is evident. I can assume Porter was going to walk off the field. But Burfict escalated, and Porter stepped in. At that point, Porter couldn't leave the field, because Gilberry walked into Porter's back, shoving him into the crowd of Bengals. Again all of this is on the the videos and clips.

I don't believe anyone is absolving Joey of saying something. But the video evidence from 8:23 on speaks for itself. We know Burfict approaches Porter as he's being sat up and says something. Joey's head is pointing away. I'm quite sure at that moment, Porter had something to say. Seconds later, Bufict turns, puts his hand on Brown's should, and purportedly made the "Put you to sleep" comment. Porter steps in after the scuffle with the trainer. At that moment, Porter may have said something else. But the video shows Porter says nothing (he only smiles) after Gilberry walked into Porter's back.

I think we've seen that it takes little to nothing for the Bengals players of that ilk to snap. I doubt Joey had to say much, if anything, as incensed as they were.
