I would test the waters with Pouncey on a trade with a team like Seattle or Minnesota, teams that are still more of a run first team, maybe get rid of his cap hit, although it would be nice to have a center that can pull and move like Dawson could. Not sure we can afford to keep him and give Bell what he's going to want.

I'd have no problems with this. Pouncey is ALWAYS injured and expensive. We've seemed to have no problems when we have to replace him. Wallace is no pro bowler, but at least he's durable.

I agree with having an alternative to Heath. I think he and James should be on the team next year but Spaeth goes and they should look to draft someone. Also, did anyone see where Tomlin was talking about carrying 2 kickers next year - Suisham and Boz? I know the difficulty we had this year but to give 2 roster spots to kickers seems unprecedented to me. I doubt you could stash anyone decent on the practice squad.
