A new Quinnipiac poll looks at the favorable ratings among possible Democratic presidential candidates:

Joe Biden at 33% to 53%

Bernie Sanders at 42% to 44%

Elizabeth Warren at 30% to 37%

Michael Bloomberg at 22% to 32%

Hillary Clinton at 32% to 61%


Of those possible candidates who are lesser known:

Beto O’Rourke at 20% to 24%

Cory Booker at 22% to 26%

Kamala Harris at 20% to 22%

Kirsten Gillibrand at 14% to 17%

Sherrod Brown at 12% to 9


For comparison, President Trump has a 40% to 56% favorable rating.

Democratic Party is a loony bin of despicable creatures. They want to release criminals, but kill our unborn. They want to flood our cities and towns with uneducated, third world invaders who will end up on the dole, with no desire to assimilate. They want to take our Constitutional right to bear arms away, while criminals run amok. They want to launch every criminal investigation possible against this President, with no evidence of a crime, They continue to rack up debt even though revenues from taxes are at an all time high. They want grown men to be able to pee next to your 5 year old daughter. They are moving their party towards socialism, when it has shown to destroy societies wherever applied. And for some reason, they consider themselves to be morally superior to conservatives. And the fact that millions of people are willing to make the effort to vote for these swamp creatures is beyond belief.

And the Republicans are not much better.

The votes aren’t there in the senate, so I guess it’s a shutdown. Personally, I’m thinking Trump will give in. He was already leaning that way until his base started barking. Should be interesting to see how it plays out.

Are we sure about that? Which Rino is saying no? If Dem's play hardball, Trump can veto their bills.

In both houses of Congress, you still need a majority (50%+1) to pass a bill. In the House of Representatives, that's the only consideration. In the Senate, the rules are a bit more complex. If the bill makes it to a vote, it needs only 51 votes
