The Official Thread Dedicated to "Trump Winning"

Steve Bannon out of White House, Submitted Resignation August 7

The White House confirms with a statement from Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders: “White House Chief of Staff John Kelly and Steve Bannon have mutually agreed today would be Steve’s last day. We are grateful for his service and wish him the best.”

I didn’t vote for Bannon.

I never thought about him one way or the other. Didn’t vote for him. Don’t care about him.

President Trump approves plan to create independent cyber command

President Donald Trump has approved a long-delayed Pentagon plan to create an independent and more aggressive cyber command in order to beef up cyberwar operations against the Islamic State group and other foes.

The White House announcement Friday means U.S. Cyber Command may eventually be split off from the intelligence-focused National Security Agency.

"This new Unified Combatant Command will strengthen our cyberspace operations and create more opportunities to improve our nation's defense," Trump said in a written statement. "The elevation of United States Cyber Command demonstrates our increased resolve against cyberspace threats and will help reassure our allies and partners and deter our adversaries."

Making cyber an independent military command will put the fight in digital space on the same footing as more traditional realms of battle on land, in the air, at sea and in space.

I cannot wait for the '18 elections. Libs are going to be even more depressed and suicidal than they are now.
I'll be happy if a lot of Republican incumbents get taken out in the primary.

WAR!

Steve Bannon: 'I'm leaving the White House and going to war for Trump'

“If there’s any confusion out there, let me clear it up: I’m leaving the White House and going to war for Trump against his opponents -- on Capitol Hill, in the media, and in corporate America,” Bannon told Bloomberg on Friday.

He has said many times that he knew the job was short lived and doubted he'd be there more than a couple months. I don't know anything about the man but from what I can gather, he was just a hatchet man like Obama's Emanuel.

Remember this...

Is the Party Over for Rahm Emanuel?
Some observers say Rahm Emanuel is losing favor with liberal Democrats. Could his job be on the line? Kelsey Hubbard talks with WSJ's Peter Wallsten about the future of President Obama's chief of staff.

Several of this year's honorees had threatened to boycott the event in protest of the president

Donald Trump will skip attending this year’s Kennedy Center Honors, the White House has announced.<article class="post-content">
The annual event celebrates the lifetime achievements of artists who’ve contributed greatly to American culture. This year’s honorees include musicians Lionel Richie, LL Cool J, and Gloria Estefan, television writer and producer Norman Lear, and actress Carmen de Lavallade.

The event is held at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, with the president and first lady usually in attendance. However, after Richie, Lear, and Carmen de Lavallade all threatened to boycott the event in protest of the current administration, Trump has opted to cancel his and Melania Trump’s own attendance.

In a statement, the White House said Trump will not participate in the event “to allow the honorees to celebrate without any political distraction.”

So help me understand the outrage in this latest controversy. 1) A bunch of celebrity award recipients stated before the event that they were going to boycott it and not come if Trump showed his face there. 2) Trump doesn't go. 3) Everyone is up in arms because he didn't go.

Isn't that what they wanted? Wow the balls on that guy! .What sort of wacky tomfoolery will he get up to next? Another good example of manufactured faux outrage. Talk about grasping at straws, give me a break.

It's not that big of a controversy Supersteeler. The simple fact is this event has been going on since 1978 and has never been mired in controversy where people would boycott it due to the President. It's a non-partisan, non-political event honoring the performing arts. So the fact that he's now bowed out and it will go on without him, is a sad moment for the Presidency, in my opinion. Just another example how out of step Trump is with the expectations of the office. Same thing with the Correspondents Dinner. A great American political tradition with nothing to win or lose, but Trump bailed out of that as well, with his tail between his legs. At this rate, we can safely presume there won't be a pardoning of the Thanksgiving turkey either this year. Of course, none of this means much on some level. But Trump is trampling the office of the Presidency in front of your very eyes. No skin off my back if that doesn't bother you.

Trump has done more in 100 days for veterans than that worthless piece of **** Obama EVER did

Trump signed the ‘Forever GI Bill.’

“Today our commitment to support and care for the men and women who have served our great nation has been reinforced with the signing of the Harry W. Colmery Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2017,” Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tenn., chair of the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, said in a statement. “This legislation will enable veterans to use the education benefits they’ve earned through the GI Bill when and how it suits them best, setting them up for future success in whatever career they pursue.

“Our student veterans are some of the very best of this country,” he added, “and I’m proud we can support them with this new law.”

I thought Obama said 3% growth is no longer possible in a "global economy".

**** him and his economic failures. How a government can overspend their revenue by 10 trillion dollars over 8 years and only get 1% growth is so mind numbing to me. I mean you really have to spend it on dumb **** to get that type of return on deficit spending.

This is a surprise? Obama hated all things military, especially the Veterans. It's going to take a while to clean up their world.

Such good news. Despite the witch hunts, the hate being spewed, an unrelenting media trying to derail Democracy, Americans - average every day Americans - see through the bullshit and are donating. Winning!

RNC raises millions more than DNC in July

The Republican National Committee (RNC) expanded its massive fundraising lead over the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in July as the Democrats posted their worst July haul in a decade.

The DNC raised just $3.8 million in July, compared to the $10.2 million raised by the RNC in the same month. While the GOP has no debt, the DNC added slightly to its debt in July, which now sits at $3.4 million.

The Democrats haven't raised that little money in a July since 2007, when the party raised $3.4 million.

Destroying every last bit of Obama.....good job

The Trump administration just disbanded a federal advisory committee on climate change

The Trump administration has decided to disband the federal advisory panel for the National Climate Assessment, a group aimed at helping policymakers and private-sector officials incorporate the government’s climate analysis into long-term planning.

The charter for the 15-person Advisory Committee for the Sustained National Climate Assessment — which includes academics as well as local officials and corporate representatives — expires Sunday.

On Friday, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s acting administrator, Ben Friedman, informed the committee’s chair that the agency would not renew the panel.

The committee was established in 2015, but its members were not appointed until last summer. They convened their first meeting in the fall.

If President Trump is able to appoint 1 or 2 more Supreme Court justices, everything else is gravy.

Pennsylvania coal company to open second mine since Trump took office

The chief executive of Pennsylvania-based Corsa Coal Corp. said Sunday the company is opening a second coal mine since President Trump took office, declaring “the war on coal is over” and attributing the growth to the president’s economic policies.

“I think it’s a direct link,” company CEO George Dethlefsen told Fox News, pointing specifically to Trump’s efforts to deregulate the U.S. economy and a “very strong market” for steel.

“The steel industry is undergoing a real Renaissance,” he said. Dethlefsen also said the Trump administration’s plans to improve the country’s infrastructure and tax code should further help the U.S. economy."

The amount of climate change caused by this will no doubt cause worldwide terror attacks.

Funny... but it seems to me it's the butt-hurt celebrities that can't handle the truth that is President Trump. There is SO much crying, whining, complaining and general bitching about Trump -- but it's incumbent on HIM to attend the event? I call bullshit.

Go look at the news, look at twitter, look at facebook -- the OVERWHELMING cries of everything from collusion with the Russians, to Nazi-sympathizing, to war-mongering over North Korea, to general accusations of racism -- it's a complete meltdown from the left.

And Trump is to blame for All of it? Pure fabricated nonsense -- all of it. Trump must be impeached? Trump must Resign?

Frankly -- every time I see someone post on social media about their irrational demands for getting rid of Trump -- I want to just reply with laughter.

Trump Administration Moves to Expand Deportation Dragnet to Jails

The Trump administration is working with like-minded sheriffs from around the country on a plan to channel undocumented immigrants from local jails into federal detention, according to several sheriffs involved in the discussions. If it succeeds, it could vastly expand the dragnet that has already begun to transform immigration enforcement in the United States.

The plan is intended to circumvent court decisions that have thus far limited the role of local law enforcement in immigration. It involves a legal move regarding detainers, which are requests by Immigration and Customs Enforcement to local sheriffs or police departments to hold people who are suspected of being in the country illegally, even after they have posted bail, finished their jail sentence or otherwise resolved their criminal cases.

A handful of sanctuary cities refuse to honor detainers on ideological grounds, but a larger number of sheriffs who otherwise support the Trump administration have also turned down detainers because courts have found that they violate the Fourth Amendment.

Sorry, BAS for a second there I thought Trump was the President. He doesn't have to do any of these events even if all the Presidents did before he set foot in office. For all I care he can lock himself in the bathroom if that makes him feel better.

Even you must know that this is an unprecedented situation. If I'm Trump and I'm expected to go to a place where nobody wants me because THEY ALREADY SAID SO and I know they are going to be complete little ******* about it, no ******* way do I even consider it. I wouldn't give a damn if previous Presidents got up on stage and did a song and dance routine for them. I would tell them to eat ****.

Yes, I'd expect nothing less from a Snowflake-in-Chief President either, so I get what you're saying.
