Look at the folks on carnivore. Fit, healthy and disease free. Maybe I should try it. I eat plenty of red meat (grilled ribeyes last night after the gym). I also just eat too much crap.

I lost 40lbs on carnivore. I went off it for a little bit and gained 10lbs. I went right back on it. Pasta is a complex carbohydrate and not so bad but bread, potatoes, and rice will jack my blood sugar and it takes longer to come down.
