No question, but like I said colbert is a bind. Unless you believe you can hire a GM after around the HC. That is a tough deal though and often doesn't work.

You're 100% correct. They need to nail down the GM first or they would only be hiring a caretaker.
I think it might be time for Ben, Pouncey, and Tomlin to have a joint presser....

We all know the best lineup would have been AV, Dotson, MP, DD, and Feiler, yet they just can't come to grips that their initial decision was bad and move away from it!
i'd first fire Fichtner before anyone.
it was obvious that we were moving the ball after Ben started calling the plays. He should get a call at home telling him to expect his office belongings to show up on his doorstep in the next 20 minutes.... then throw that **** on his front lawn and light it on fire.
if I fire Tomlin - and at this point, I do - I go hard for Saleh.
