I find it humorous that literally everyone here wants the same thing, the public release of all of the Epstein files, without regard as to the names on it, yet one individual insists, with only speculation, that the current POTUS is absolutely involved, no doubt, slam dunk.

You confidently forget there was a book written years ago naming Trump as one of the only people who helped with the case. I would imagine at that point he probably had conversations with the FBI. Calling him an informant may be a stretch but he was at the very least a material witness based on the Mar-a-lago banning of Epstein. The prosecutor said he was helpful.

Maxwells attorney was present during her interview with Blanche.

Maxwell's attorney, David Oscar Markus, told reporters afterwards that Maxwell answered every question "honestly and truthfully, to the best of her ability" and that she never invoked a privilege or refused to answer.
"She was asked about maybe a hundred different people. She answered questions about everybody. And she didn't hold anything back," Markus said.

• No promises: At the start of the interview, Blanche told Maxwell that he was not promising to do anything for her in exchange for her information.
• Purpose of the meeting: The meetings took place after the Trump administration decided to revisit the Jeffrey Epstein case. Blanche's goal was to hear what Maxwell knew about potential third-party conspirators.
