I think the choice at 25 is between DT Andrew Billings, CB William Jackson III, and SS Karl Joseph. One of those three is a Steeler at 25, it just depends on how the draft falls (Shaq Lawson or Vernon Hargreaves by some miracle end up at 25 obviously changes the scenario) and how the Steeler's board is set up.

You're forgetting Jarran Reed and Mackensie Alexander - both are definitely in the mix at 1.25...

I think they like Alexander more than most here. Wouldn't be surprised to see him being the pick at 1-25.

I know the Steelers have shown interest in Ashawn Robinson, but haven't heard anything about them talking to Jarran Reed. I was just saying I think those are their top 3 guys at 25 (Billings, Jackson III, and Joseph).
