Maybe he will be brought back later but I was surprised as well.

Two things about that....

First it’s possible the Steelers simply dont want another lb on the PS.. if they don’t ir one, there might not be enough snaps for everyone


Secondly its also possible he simply doesn’t want to sign here... think about it... that is a lot ofLB talent in front of him....

I'd rather have Sutton over Spillaine. He's more diverse.

Holton will be signed and a LB will go on IR. I'm hoping its Chickillo.

He was fairly active in game 3. I didn't watch game 4, so I don't know. But being able to play all the ST units, ILB, OLB, and FB, that's a player you develop.
