That game seriously took years off my life

but it's a win baby!!!!!! Just an amazing effort from the black and gold and a total team win. Defense bailed Ben out in the 3rd quarter and he returned the favor in the 4th. Bell and Brown...have mercy! Huge shout out to the fans as well...Heinz was absolutely rocking when the Steelers took the 24-20 lead. Playoff bound baby! Here we go Steelers, Here we go!!

IT added a year to mine. Jubilation! Playoffs and send our most hated rival home. My chest is still 2 sizes bigger with pride and joy. Now if we lost with seconds to go...then subtract something.

So, my son walked in the door yesterday morning ... surprised the **** out of me because as far as I knew he was deployed in Afghanistan. I'm sure any of you fathers know how I felt about that surprise. Boy's home, SAFE!! We drank ... a LOT. Talked and shared war stories. Anyway, the combination of the travel, the booze and the home cooked Christmas meal had him out halfway through the first. He woke up during the the 4th while I was bitching about Ben ... Lil MF'er told me: "Ben, Bell, Brown ... they got this. No disrespect sir, but please shut up" ... The Steelers started to turn it around shortly after he said that. Little ****** sat there with a smug smile on his face. Told me "I'm home, I'm fed, I'm drunk and the Steelers win ... Best Christmas ever!!"

I'll remember this game til the day I die! God bless America. God bless my son for his service and keep him safe always. And God bless the Pittsburgh Steelers ... a passion we share!!

Thanks for this posting. From a epic Christmas Day game,to a classic Christmas post. The kids are what it's all about! Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Was pissed off at halftime. PISSED. Thought we had given up and didn't want the playoffs. So in the 4th, a friend of mine (Packer fan) started cheering for us, and the comeback happened. It was beyond amazing. Immaculate Extension!!!!!

I'm thinking Pittsburgh Dad is going to be great this week.

With guys as close as it was do you think they could have spiked it with nine seconds. No one has to run back from 25 yards down field. They say 13 seconds to line up but they were all close. It would have been a squeeze.

Yeah, after watching several replays, the line was already getting in position. They would have gotten it spiked with one or even two seconds left...thankfully we don't have to worry about whether Tomlin decides to tie the game and go to overtime, or risks the entire season on one play.

They are dying over on Ravens 24x7. Calling for Harbaugh to be fired, and ripping their team.

lol been reading their stuff; they want dean pees eviscerated, their level of contempt for their d-coordinator is through the roof LMAO! :whoo::th_balls:

Best game I was not able to see. I spent the evening at the inlaws house. They like football so the game would have been on if it was on network TV, or ESPN. Thanks a lot NFL Network. May you rot in hell.

Ben said today they were prepared to go with QB sneak if Brown doesn't get it in the end zone

I have a habit of going for a 6 mile walk after a loss or eariler if I feel the game is done (Eagles)..I had put my coat on shoes on was getting ready to head out after Ben's int 2 ..decided to stop and watch the d stand in the kitchen we held them to the 3..took my stuff back off and decide to watch another drive...needless to say it was the correct choice..My son says I need to learn to enjoy these games more...it gets tougher and tougher..I get so frustrated any more...guess its my old age

Actually Ben stated in an interview today that they were going for the win with a QB sneak if they didn't rule it a TD.

That would have been epic. They'd be motioning for clocking the football, then BOOM the offensive line blows up the lackluster Ravens as Ben waltzes in. That would have been epic as well!

As long as the ball didn't get, "mishandled" in the exchange between Raven defender and official like the previous play.

We have a Roku stick and I brought that along thinking I could get the NFL app or my Sunday Ticket app to work but I struck out on both. I probably looked like a 14 year old kid stuck to their phone and checking out the score. :)

Ummmm the Kodi app is nothing like Tokugawa. Not sure how to explain it. ...it's a "grey area"

Per Ben interview, they were gonna run a QB sneak if Brown was short.

If he has the Roku stick and a laptop, he can do a Google search and find out how to side load the Kodi app onto the stick. Step by step directions on hundreds of sites. Hell, the Kodi app is even available for android devices
