That guy did great things with that 49er D. I like that hiring.
Did he or is it the talent Lynch has assembled on that D ...This is the 2nd head coach that D has gotten hired.

Yep if you apply the steeler formula: “great pedigree combined with coaching performance” they got a great coach we’ll see if they are as patient as the Rooneys though. coach noll went through a few tough years as did cowher to say nothing of Tomlin‘s ego tripping. Just ask tomlin about the job he’s doing and he thinks he’s just awesome!! sometimes there is a fine line between giving a coach the tools, the players, and the time to produce and just out and out being in denial that you hired a dud.
