I still think the worry is more at FS. You have Davis

and then Davis...

As Edmunds and Burnett could end up rotating at SS. Or put in some packages where both are on the field along with Davis at FS................

I like this injection of youth and I'm hoping they actually get a chance to play.

Edmunds has that playmaker ability that could make him a very valuable part of the Defense. I dare not say Polamalu potential but definitely a player with very active active hands, awareness and the physical tools to compete at top level

Edmunds has been impressive. I think he’ll be good in zone, good in cover 3, and able to match up with tight ends or running backs, thanks to his height and speed. He’s also the type of player who can spy a mobile QB, preventing him from running for a first down on 3rd and distance, but above else, he’s a playmaker.

I can live with rookie mistakes when the player in front of him is a weak link type of starter.
