Now I'm hearing that USS is a subsidiary of Nippon. From an article:

Golden share

Trump did compel U.S. Steel and Nippon to sign a national security agreement with the U.S. government as a condition for him clearing the deal.

The U.S. president will wield a “golden share” under the terms of the agreement. U.S. Steel said Wednesday that the golden share gives the president veto power over the following decisions:

  • Changing U.S. Steel’s name or moving its headquarters from Pittsburgh
  • Moving U.S. Steel outside the U.S.
  • Moving production or jobs outside the U.S.
  • Some decisions regarding the closure or idling of U.S. Steel’s domestic manufacturing facilities, trade, labor, and sourcing outside the U.S.
  • Reductions in capital investments under the national security agreement
  • Material acquisitions of competing businesses in the U.S.
A majority of U.S. Steel’s board members and its CEO will be U.S. citizens, according to the terms of the national security agreement. Nippon also agreed that U.S. Steel will remain incorporated in the U.S.

Nippon will invest $11 billion in U.S. Steel by 2028, including $1 billion in initial spending on a greenfield project that will be completed after 2028, according to the agreement.

Difference between reality and sales guy with same info. Trump would be proud of John Gordon, lol.

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

We have just been informed that Canada, a very difficult Country to TRADE with, including the fact that they have charged our Farmers as much as 400% Tariffs, for years, on Dairy Products, has just announced that they are putting a Digital Services Tax on our American Technology Companies, which is a direct and blatant attack on our Country. They are obviously copying the European Union, which has done the same thing, and is currently under discussion with us, also. Based on this egregious Tax, we are hereby terminating ALL discussions on Trade with Canada, effective immediately. We will let Canada know the Tariff that they will be paying to do business with the United States of America within the next seven day period. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Maybe your brethren will wake up to how bad his decisions are, EVENTUALLY. You guys are going to have to experience the pain brought on by your leadership until they wake up too. We had to deal with it before people started waking up.

It's been really bad for over a decade (think California bad) and our retarded population just elected this new shiithead Carney, specifically to take on Trump.

I concede on behalf of the sensible minority of Canadians sick of Liberal leadership.

So how much of the Alberta stuff is true? Seems like a bunch of AI generated garbage for the most part.

They are the good guys.
The Texas/Oklahoma of Canada.

They have been hobbled for 2 generations, and more and more daily are getting fighting mad. Tin Canada, their are equalization payments (tax transfers) from the richest provinces to the poorest. Alberta pays the most, and could pay much more, if unleashed. The better question is wtf they would do that, when they could seek safe harbor via US and literally do their own ****.
The Keystone and Keystone XL pipelines that Bomma and then Sleepy Creepy shot down would dramactically increase production of crude for delivery thru Cushing. Can't believe Trump has not greenlit this already, because it would further split those supporting dumbass Carney.

Their Premier(Governor), Danielle Smith, is the best in Canada.
My wife wants to move their from Ontario, yesterday.

He is at his core a salesman. He gets what he can get then goes on to promote it as the best thing since sliced bread. His ego will let him do nothing else. He then comes back to try and get what he believes is an even better “deal” so as to stroke his ego even more.

If people would just accept this fact and move on, the “news stories” then become meaningless. What is lost in all the bullshyte news is that these are POSITIVE incremental step in the right direction. Kind of like “death by a thousand cuts” only in reverse.

The one thing I learned from my grandfather when I joined the military was, “Give those above you the “respect” they want, it doesn’t cost you anything and makes your life so much easier”. Throughout my years in the Navy that bit of wisdom served me well. It also made watching those who didn’t subscribe to that belief so much more entertaining, and believe me, it was VERY entertaining.

Trump continuously patting himself on the back doesn’t phase me in the slightest because we as Americans are benefiting from what he is bragging about.

It’s not bragging when you’re stating facts.

True, but we both know he is bragging and not just stating facts. It doesn’t bother me, let him make things better and brag all he wants. The problem is the Demoncrats don’t want him to have anything to brag about, even if it helps the country.

He " brags" but he is rubbing their noses in dog ****. They know it. They can taste it. They don't like it. They hate him.
They hate it even more that he can continue to do it even with them doing everything they can to stop him
