Next year, the Bills have $76 mil in cap space. I'd be on the phone with them. I'd be asking for LeSean McCoy in return, knowing his contract expires in 2019. The Bills can then afford to pay LeVeon what he wants, and do so with hardly any issue. We'd get McCoy for two seasons, and have the ability to not only keep plugging forward with a #1RB, but also have surplus cap space when McCoy's contact runs out. Buffalo has $7 mil in cap space, and I assume would be able to fit LeVeon under their cap if McCoy is traded.

But he would not be able sign anything new or with additional years until next off season so he still is dealing with not having a real contract for next year even if their is a wink wink nudge nudge seal he gets hurt they don’t owe him squat.

true, but if we can work the trade and LeVeon sees that he'd not have to worry about getting paid in the off-season, why wouldn't he?

They might try to run the hell out of him but this guy isn't going to give anywhere near 100 percent on the field when ever he does decide to show up. And I can't wait to see how he does when he is behind a line that has to adjust to his style of running where he takes his good ol time waiting for a hole to open up.
 
McCoy has legal troubles that haven’t fully been sorted out yet.

Bell shows up when he shows up. Run the piss out of him if he’s producing. If not sit his *** on the bench and let his ego go nuts. He better hope he doesn’t get hurt
 
No way we sign McCoy. He is old and will be on the decline soon, if not already. Plus, he has major legal issues and should be facing at least a 4 game suspension by the league and probably more.

Colbert issued a statement saying LevMEon has contacted them and won't be showing for the CLOWNS game. It's official NO show this week. I think it will be No Show for several more. I hope our current RBs can tow the load and I have confidence they can.

If not Conner, I hope and pray that Samuels or Ridley blows up, is more than serviceable and we forget about #26. It's a far fetched pipe dream, but I hope that it becomes a situation that they are clicking w/o him.

Honestly hope the FO can find a way to get something for him, but I couldn't care less if he never put on the B&G again.

Any team talking to Bell's agent is tampering. We work out the trades, not him.

Drink, the statement you are talking about was a tweet by a fake twitter account. Colbert hasn’t said anything other than the released statement on Monday. That in itself was something huge as KC doesn’t put out statements.

Whomever posted the name "MeVeon above that is classic and I am using it from now on.
 
This is a wait and see deal now. If he reports late in the week its likely he won't be added to the roster until the following week. No point wasting a roster spot on a guy who won't play.

If Bell has it in his head that he's going to get paid huge guaranteed money as a 27 year old (next year) then he has a surprise coming. Someone will give him a rich 1-2 year deal but he isn't going to see the end of that contract. See Adrian Peterson for reference.

correct - his downhill will coincide beautifully with the end of his contract. He's only signed through 2019.
 
Let him come to the facility and then don't let him in. Tweet we don't want anything to do with the chump and goodbye.
 
I know there are many here say it is business and welcome him back with wide arms. But aren't you surprised that the Rooney's don't stand up now and remember there are 52 players in that locker room who have done what is asked in preseason, that Bell is thumbing his nose at, as well as the Steeler organization. I don't know how any of the Steeler Nation can except Bell's action when we know he does not want to be here. Take all the emotion of winning and stats and he is great out of it and look at his actions up to now and will continue till he leaves. What difference does it make where he goes and when, applaud the players we have not one who feels he runs the show.
