Undocumented Immigrants bringing diseases across border
MCALLEN, TX - There’s a growing health concern with hundreds of illegal immigrants crossing over into southern Texas.
U.S. Border Patrol agents are worried that what's coming over into the U.S. could harm everyone.
This time the focus is not on the women and children that are crossing over in droves.
Agents are worrying about a viral outbreak.
“We are sending people everywhere. The average person doesn't know what's going on down here,” said Border Patrol agent and Rio Grande Valley Union representative Chris Cabrera.
“Our Border Patrol agents check on us all the time and they told us about the outbreak of scabies,” Garcia said.
Cabrera says the sickness doesn't stop at scabies.
“We are starting to see chicken pox, MRSA staph infections, we are starting to see different viruses,” Cabrera said.

Illegal Immigration Bio-Warfare
In Murrieta, over the last few months, over 500 illegal aliens a week are being released into the general population, many of these people are children, without a medical screening. Last weekend that number changed to 200 every 72 hours. They are being shipped in from other areas around the country to our holding facility, where they do not have the room to house these people, much less give them a proper processing above checking to see if these invaders are known criminals.
Other diseases to emerge, especially among Border Patrol agents, is H1N1 (“swine”) flu, and chicken pox. It is anticipated that also coming are diseases like dengue and Ebola virus, when one considers these incoming illegal aliens are from Central and South America, the Middle East and West Africa.
Rather than ensure the illegal immigrants are properly cared for, and the receiving population is protected from these diseases, the Obama administration is shipping these people in like cattle, leaving them on the side of the road, for a political agenda. It is considered inhumane to drop a dog off on the side of the street, and take off, but the federal government has no problem doing that to human beings. The safety and welfare of the illegal immigrants, or the receiving population, is not the Obama administration’s concern. Only using these people as political pawns is important to them.

Call for states to dispatch the National Guard to border
Ken Cuccinelli, former Virginia attorney general, said states along the Southern border not only have the legal right to secure their properties by dispatching the National Guard — but they pretty much also have a constitutionally based responsibility.
“When [illegals are] coming across your border, Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution [gives border states the right to] deal with this themselves,” he said. Mr. Cuccinelli advised, too, that states could task their law enforcement to the borders, too.
He also said the federal government couldn’t really prevent states from securing their borders, adding that “the only thing the president could do is federalize the National Guard,” but “there’s nothing the president could do about the Texas Rangers or state police."
This is why we had militias,” Mr. Cuccinelli went on. “This is why militias actually existed. That is the definition of despotism — when our chief executive is committed to doing a complete go-around our Constitution.”
