Suspension/Fine for Earl Thomas...Where the hell is it???

I'm soooo disappointed that this has lost steam in the front office.

We all know, had this been a Steeler player, the pitch forks would be uncountable!!!

Shame on you, Roger.

Hahahahahahaha if Rudolph wasn’t completely out they wouldn’t have flagged it at all... WWNFL needs its drama at our expense... you are really gonna be pissed when they dock us a draft pick for the cart breaking down....

You know how to take care of it next game? They do it in hockey. Maybe they will just fine Ola for his terrifying bogus 15 yarder in its place. They have now been put on the same level.

Fines are not issued until Thursdays.

FYI, any device that can transfer data/messages that’s not part of team protocol is eligible for a fine. These Apple/Garmin watches allow texting which is a big no no from the league. Heck Ernie probably uses one in the coaches box with his spies in the stands. But it won’t be addressed of course.

Can you imagine the outrage/ejections/suspensions if that was Tommy Boy? Or as Steelin likes to say, "Tammy".

Sad to say .... **** situation all the way around.... I was at the game with direct sightline to the hit. Thomas didn't try to tackle and wrap up ..... he launched like Bermuda stated. Mason had both of his feet off the ground and mouth wide open during the initial contact from Thomas. He also got hit from behind at the same time and then crashed hard to the turf. His body seemed limp before he hit the ground so I believe he was out from the initial hit
Not impressed with medical staff either. Guys were motioning for assistance right away, when the cart finally got out there it was not fully equipped, two staff went running back to the sidelines for the backboard and then back onto the field scene. They removed Mason's facemask and then let him walk when he was clearly having motor skill function difficulty with his one leg. So much for concussion protocol.. I read all the bulletins hanging in the training rooms in regards to concussions during the Heinz Stadium Tour on Monday ........they are probably going to see some kind of reprimand over this situation. Watching a bunch of people push the cart off the field so play could continue was kind of embarassing for the organization. They better not have let him walk because that cart broke down.
They have umpteen other vehicles gathering dust in the corridor outside the locker rooms. Poorly handled situation all around.
We started a "throw him out" chant in the crowd for Thomas ...... deaf ears
Even if Thomas is remorseful it does not excuse the contact and result......... Where are you now Roger ???

i don't think it's suspension worthy. He went high but he wasn't looking for a knockout. It was the fact Mason got hit from behind that multiplied the force and made the hot worse. It likely also changed the point of impact Thomas aimed at. It probably would have been a hit to the chest but that push from behind changed things.

It also likely led to MR exposing his chin. That's likely why he got knocked out, because he took it on the chin.

Fine him but i don't think he was looking to injure.

I call her Marcia lol.

THAT'S his god given name, no use in making up a knick-name for the cheating ******* ******* that he is.

Thomas is an experience veteran of the NFL. He knew exactly what he was doing, remorseful or not, which is easy to be after the fact. Reality is highly doubtfull he will be suspended but fully expected to be fined. I believe ther is a guideline to the fine so I hope it is max allowable.

Bermuda disagrees; but I respect your stance...
