Who ya got?

The Eagles are the better team. They just are. They are better on both lines by a wide margin. Their offense is diverse. They can run or pass at a high level and even mix in some run pass option plays.

We have seen the pats offense held in check by good pass rushes. Atlanta was all over them and so was Jax. Until they got tired. The Eagles can get pressure with their front 4 also, but there is a huge difference.

The Eagles have depth.

The Eagles can rotate 7 guys on the DL to keep fresh pass rusher coming at Brady all game. This is a big key in the game. The Pats try to run lots of plays and part of that is waiting for the pass rush to slow down late in the game.

Fletcher Cox is a beast in the middle. The Pats have nobody who can block him. They will have to double him, but he can still push the pocket and stop Brady from stepping up.

The Pats always take away the best option. I believe they will try to take away the TE Zack Ertz. They don't have anybody who can cover him one on one so they will probably have to go with a combo of Chung and a LB.

I think the big matchup will be slot WR Nelson Agholor vs nickel CB Rowe. Agholor is a first round who looked like a bust but this year they put him in the slot and he came to life. He has size but is also very quick. Rowe has size but is stiff. I think Agholor could have a big game.

The Eagles should also be able to run it. They have a very good OL and multiple RBs. They traded for Ajai but they use other RBs like Blount and Corey Clement as well. They have receiving backs and power backs.

everyone is concerned about Foles but with this OL and the run game and all their play action and RPOs, Foles has some pretty easy reads and throws on many plays. Of course the QB is important, but Foles does not have to carry this offense. He just lit up the Vikes who have a far better defense than the Pats.

For the Pats, i think they will throw to their RBs a lot. That's one of the areas where the Eagles defense could be vulnerable.

One last major factor is that the Pats have lost that intimidation factor. A few years ago, teams seemed psyched out before the game even began. Look at how the Steelers went right at them. The game felt different didn't it?

The Steelers expected to beat the Pats.
The Titans went right at the Pats with no fear
The Jags expected to beat the Pats.

This Eagle team expects to win. They have great team chemistry. This whole thing with the dog masks has given them that us against the world mentality that the Pats usually carry with them.

The Pats OL has only been called for holding 2 times in the last 5 years in playoffs and Super Bowls. Let's hope the refs call a fair game.

Eagles 31
Pats 23

The Eagles are actually way over-performing this year. They lost their lead RB, No. 1 ILB and then their MVP QB late in the season. And, that's just some of their losses this year. Yet, they kept winning. Wish we had coaching like that. Can Foles get them one more win? Many forget how good Foles was in either his first or 2nd year in the league. He is not a bad QB. I think he can get them one more win. Blount needs to have a big game against his former team. Their D will limit the Cheatriots but their O still must score close to or over 30. All of the Cheatriots SB's (wins or losses) have been close games and I expect nothing less in this one.

Eagles - 31
Cheatriots - 27

My heart says Eagles.

But I got my hands on an early release of the official NFL script.

It reads as follows (direct quotes):

"After a dominating first half by the Eagles, the refs shall call a phantom pass interference to put Lord Brady within the Eagles 10 yard line. At this point, the call shall be made to the Eagles coaching staff, informing them they must call off the dogs, and stop rushing the passer. After which, the refs are instructed to become highly vigilant in looking for infractions by the Eagles. If the Philadelphia offense dares to cross the NE 40, an offensive penalty MUST be called, even if one must be manufactured. This shall be the greatest comeback story of all time, even surpassing our masterpiece from lwoB repuS 51. Final score: The Beloved 32, Eagles 30. After the game, Fuhrer Goodel shall honor Lord Brady, the greatest human being ever, by renaming the lwoB repuS trophy "The Brady Trophy", and renaming the lwoB repuS "The Belichick Invitational". Immediately following, all league employees are instructed, in conjunction with our partners at ESPN, to blast the public with non stop messages describing how wonderful the Beloved Patriots and Lord Brady are, and anyone that disagrees is an American-hating cretin who knows nothing about football. Likewise, the league will begin production on the newest chapter of the popular "Captain America" film series, recasting Lord Brady as the titular hero. Film shall be produced by Hollywood legend Mark Wahlberg."

I hope I'm wrong.

I'm not a conspiracy kind of person, but ......

No idea what the score will be, but the end result is already decided. Patricheats win no matter what.

I have never felt stronger that a outcome was pre-planned in my entire life.

Not watching but I bet in the second half the flags start flying. If it is close. If it favors the Eagles heavy early the flags will come out before half.

I am thinking 11 to 3 flag ratio in favor of the cheats by end of game.

Pats and refs 31
Eagles 16

I'm biased and taking the Eagles. As long as Nick Foles doesn't make a critical mistake, the Eagles should win. They were probably the best team all season with Wentz in the lineup, so his loss is huge, but Foles is an excellent backup. His presence doesn't change what the rest of the roster has done, particularly the defense. Philly is decent at getting to the quarterback, but had one of the best scoring defense and one that creates turnovers. Offensively, they have a couple of good backs with different styles--including Blount who is excellent in short-yardage situations. There are three legitimate receiving threats led by Ertz. The Eagles are a good team and have played the home underdog role to perfection. Back to Foles, he's been lights out in the postseason, with his completion percentage standing out. A rock solid defense and an accurate QB with weapons is tough to beat, even when you have Tom Brady on the other side.

I'm boycotting this **** tonight.
No Steelers.
And it's the cheats back in it.
If the board is delivering good news by the 4th qtr. I'll tune in.
