There are literally two holds on Cox on one play. His jersey is getting pulled from the back and the side. You can also see Long getting pulled down by his neck. No calls.

Rules applied when they are given a directive to apply them. I swear that **** must run on a per game basis.
I really liked that behind the play field camera they had at the start of the season. It gave a good clear shot of the shenanigans going on in each play. Just call it all one way all the time or remove the rule.
