Sterling Moore to meet with team

He is an Undrafted FA, but started every game for Dallas this past year. Could be a cheap signing to fill a hole. Seems like typical visit and signing(possible).

Another bum coming to town

Fixed it for you

add him not much left, did the bills re-sign SS Searcy?

vet min? Bring em all to earn a spot on camp

That footage that Lexx provided does not make me feel comfortable about bring him in...

Looks a lot like Cortez Allen in terms of ball awareness in that clip doesn't he? Does not inspire confidence.

looks like he had the ball and three steps and control before it was knocked out. I think that is a touchdown if it happens to anyone other than the cheats.

Played with the *'s last year? Send him packing.

He's actually started at safety as well as CB. No one knew who McCain was last year and he came in and contributed on the cheap, could be a good depth pick up.

Not true - McCain wasn't a "homegrown" name; but, he wasn't a scrub either - the Texans D was awesome the year he was ejected from them...
Another taint coming to frown :(
My taint is tight!!! Frowns, I guess, would make it saggy???

And what makes Moore a scrub compared to McCain?

"In 2014, after being mostly relegated to a reserve role during his career, he was named the team's nickel back during Orlando Scandrick's suspension and kept the role after Morris Claiborne suffered a season ending knee injury. He played in 16 games (7 starts), registered 49 tackles and led all Cowboys defensive backs with 14 passes defensed"

Guy had seven starts for the Cowboys last year, he held a position on the Cowboys roster last year at the expense of BJ Webb who got cut and picked up by us. We're talking about signing a guy as depth just like we were last year with McCain. I'd say the comparison as players is pretty close. Moore might have gone undrafted but McCain was only a 6th round pick and has spent the majority of his career as a back up guy just like Moore.

Besides him being undrafted, I haven't heard much but good things about Sterling Moore. I hope we sign him. He has done a good job for Dallas
