With the 4pm trade deadline looming in a little over an hour news has came out that the Steelers will not trade troubled receiver Martavis Bryant. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network has reported that several teams have contacted the Steelers but they’ve all gotten the same response, ‘No’. Bryant’s agent reportedly emailed Steelers officials a […]

Well no ****...

The only way I would have any respect for them trading Bryant is if they traded him to the P*triots. If you're going to be a ******* moron, be the best ******* moron you can be.

I say hold him through the season, see if it improves. If it doesn't don't dress him unless you absolutely cannot carry him for numbers. If you cut him late enough he is no good to anyone. Cut is the last resort including sending him home. Has to be a point where suspension would hold water and you can just send him home. Personally I don't want him around the team.

Bills GM Brandon Beane is at it again, swinging probably his biggest trade yet: Bills acquired WR Kelvin Benjamin in a Tuesday deadline-day deal from the Panthers, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. The move gives Tyrod Taylor a clear No. 1 receiver; the Bills were severely lacking at wide receiver after trading Sammy Watkins in August. It also signals the Bills, at 5-2, are serious about winning this season. If they weren't in the national spotlight as playoff contenders before, they should be now

The Bills were one of the teams to inquire about Bryant

Steelers missed an opportunity to dimp a bum for a decent pick. Dumb move by the FO.

They were offered a 7th round pick. Havent heard anything higher

Ajayi only brought Miami a 4th. That's a guy who has been much more consistent than Bryant. Plastic knees and all. Nobody was going to give anything higher than a 6th, and THAT would have been a boneheaded move.

Holy Cow people...

Before last week he was 20 yards behind Smith Schuster...

20 yards.

Perspective much?

Bryant will never be nfl caliber. He is the new Coates. He wont do a damn thing of note.

id release him for a 6 pack and whatever roaches he had lying around...

I was pissed when they traded Santonio for a 7th and would've pissed with Bryant as well. Glad he's still here. Maybe he'll turn it around and if so we'll be looking good..... worth the gamble.

Losing your team's principles for a late round pick would've been a disastrous move by the Steelers, that's how Browns and Bungles operate...not us! We're the one and only six time SB champs and we have a way we do things...we don't negotiate contracts mid season and we certainly don't let underachieving rope head idiots act as our GM and decide when we make trades. Keep him as depth this year, if we get anything out of him, great. After the dust settles and we are the one and only seven time SB champs ship him off the Cleveland where he can reunite with Coates in the graveyard where receivers go to die.

So we should have moved JuJu up to #2 earlier. I understand!

NOT good enough. Bryant will come around it's just a matter of time.............we may not have enough time because I think the "up in smoke" is inching it's way closer and closer..........

Salute the nation

It would have been stupid to trade him. He isn't worth anything right now and he's signed through next year on the cheap.
