Yeah Todd and those personal fouls he needs to get his **** together. Not to mention the 17 points he left out on the field with his lack of execution.

dropped passes and turnovers. lack of defensive backs is killing us.
Agree but ABs drop was one play. No way we shouldn't have scored at least two TDs in the second half. Plus, the O gave Tampa its first ten points. They had ten points with less than 20 yards of O.

Have a second guy standing near the receiver, with no idea where the ball is, and watching the receiver make the catch?
Steelers pass defenders never step in front of the receiver, or bat the ball down. Their technique is to be close to the receiver and try to knock the ball away after it is caught.
Or more specifically, hope that the QB makes an inaccurate pass.
That is basically the only time the pass defense stops a pass play. The defense is effective against inaccurate passers like Newton.
It struggles against any QB with accuracy. The strategy of hoping the QB is inaccurate is a decent one in high school games. It sucks *** in the NFL.
