I know we had Bell out but man If the Ravens had the 19 IR guys even with bell and everyone else. They would have still kicked our *****. That secondary of is practice squad players on it.

Don't know how anyone can say Bell would of been a savior tonight.
Another football genius. It isn't about adding fantasy points to your fantasy football team chief. Its about matchups and forcing them to at least honor the run and not sit in tampa two all night. Why do you think AB was mostly quiet tonight?

Situation tonight reminded me a bit of 1976 when Rocky and Franco got hurt in the playoffs and a one-dimensional Steeler offense could not beat Oakland in AFC championship game. Might have been the best Steeler team ever that year too. Hard to win a game with no running game, especially in the playoffs
And who decided Ben was well enough to come back in the game?

Brady has won playoff games, something Ben hasn't done even once .

Brady has lost his last 2 lʍoq ɹǝdnSs in a row and been bounced out of the playoffs ever since. **** him. He hasn't done jack **** in 10 years if you want to put it like that.

Brady wont see that pressure for the simple fact that he gets rid of the ball in time to neutralize that pass rush. Ben wants the 50 yard TD every play. Brady takes what the D gives him.

He doesn't see that kind of pressure often because of his line. Go back to the beginning of the season, they were ready to run Brady and BB out of NE. The o-line improved and thus the offense. Brady has never played well when he gets dirty.

He is completely irreplaceable. Without him we don't sniff the playoffs this year. Only in Pittsburgh do people have the QB who is #3 in passing yards, #1 in yards per game, #2 in completion percentage, #3 in QB rating, has two 6 TD games and we have people seriously trying to say HE is the problem.

NOT saying he is the problem. We have 10-15 BIGGER problems. Sorry but WITHOUT BELL we do not make the playoffs. Look what happens when you do not have a viable threat at RB. Take away BELL's production and Ben becomes average or slightly better.

No **** you. I watched this team in the 90's have better defenses or at least as good as our Super Bowl teams of the last 10. What did they win. Nothing, cause they didn't have a QB. There are few if any QBS in this league that could have won that game tonight. Defense couldn't get off the field and it is a big difference between not getting rush yards and the other team knowing you can't. Big difference.

Ben is average? That's ludicrous. He's never had Bell before this year and he is consistently top 5 to top 10 in every single stat. Suddenly Bell is responsible for all of his success? Stupid.

Ben has never been among the leaders in passing yards until this year, he has never been among the TD pass leaders including this year. This year he averaged a career high 25 points a game offensively, pretty mediocre e en with Bell, he is not elite.

OK lets pull Gronkowski next week and see how Tom Terrific does? Next moron up!

That would be you up because Bell has hardly made a difference in any of the games he's played against the Ravens in the past.

In November when we destroyed the Ravens 40 something to 20 something he gained 20 yards, at the begining of the season when we lost 26 to 6 IIRC he gained less than 60 yards. He is average at best against the Ravens.

But see that is the fanstasy nonsense that has overtaken this game. Player A didn't get 100 yards and 15 fantasy points so I guess he didn't play well. Really, do you know what they committed to stop him, that they didn't even have to consider tonight. Did you see the number of times Flacco, just barely had enough time to get the ball off on plays that could have been sack fumbles, because the blitz was picked up by the back. FOOTBALL IS MATCHUPS. When you bring a guy off the street and he is on the field half the time, that is a problem. AND IT SHOWED. Tate was responsible for the key turnover in the game. But I hardly blame him. He was with the team 4 days.

Dipshit abuse of stats of the year.

In the first game, LeVeon also had 5 receptions for 48 yards. He accounted for 107 of the Steelers 301 total yards (33% of our offensive output).
In the second game, LeVeon had 20 yards rushing and 38 yards receiving and a TD on a pass.

As the prior poster said, what they committed to stopping LeVeon is what allowed the passing game to open up. Tonight, they committed to defending the pass and dared us to run. They won the battle of the trenches, and by and large the big reason they did is we didn't have LeVeon churning and burning for extra yards.

When a player on the opposing team catches a tipped pass between his legs, you know it's their night.

For every team but one, the last game of your season is a loss and it hurts. Blame this or that but let's be honest a minute. Trying to beat the Ravens in a playoff game without Leveann Bell and no reliable backup runner is almost impossible. Weather hurt the passing game.

For a team that went 0-4 in preseason, survived a "Cheech & Chong" incident, lost games they should have won and still went 11-5 I'm still shaking my head in amazement that they went this far.

These are just a few of the QBs we've had in the last 20 years who have NOT won 2 out of 3 lʍoq ɹǝdnSs.

Who you gonna get, huh? Half of the teams in the playoffs have Superbowl winning QBs. ******* HALF. In fact of the NFL starters with a lʍoq ɹǝdnS ring, only TWO didn't make the playoffs. Having that guy makes a huge difference. More importantly, NOT having that guy makes a huge difference. The Cards would rename their stadium "faggoty red uniform field" if it meant getting Ben.
