On Inside the NFL this week, Ray Lewis made a point of saying how league wide, there is a lack of communication on defenses. He had a montage of blown coverages from different teams.

He also made the point that he doesn't see any defensive leaders holding guys accountable. Most teams used to have a leader who would be huddling up his guys and talking about what went wrong. But now he sees a bunch of guys just sit down on the bench and nobody talks to each other.

He's right.
