Can Rudolph take us to a SB or even an AFC Championship game if he is needed? 100% NO. The others probably can't, either, but we KNOW he can't so what use is he? See some other guys.

He has never ever looked comfortable on the field. No matter the situation. I wanted him to be the heir apparent to Ben, but it is year 9. Come on.

I didn't think he would survive camp before being dealt. If you are McCarthy and you are trying to build something why do you not go with Rodgers and the two young guys? I get that Mason is a seasoned backup, but he is what he is like you mentioned. I would have dealt him and thrown one of the two into the fire if AR goes down. Neither must be impressing as much as the staff keeps telling the media they are.
 
In pointing out Rudolph is almost certain to make the team, I'm not crowning him as the QB of the future, I'm just pointing out the obvious that it's highly unlikely an NFL team goes into a season with an old starter and 2 backups with 0 career NFL starts.

Rudolph is one of the best backup QBs in the league. Go look at some depth charts.

It's not hate. he is who he will be, he won't ever be any better than what he is now. if Rodgers gets hurt, he isn't making a run of any kind. Keep the kids and see what you have. That's it.

That part. Damn man, how many times does he have to play before people understand he's not it? He has ZERO upside, this team isn't winning **** if Rodgers gets hurt, so why keep a mediocre veteran backup? The idea that we would keep 4 QB's is borderline special ed type ****.
