Steelers vs **** non official thread.

It is a little befuddling how difficult it is for guys to get open. We have tried and true talent at 3 WR positions, and a RB who can catch too. There is no reason why every route has to be tightly contested. Is it vanilla play design? I refuse to believe that our guys are just unable to separate

sure there are some valid complaints...but a lot of just negative bullshit
 
I hate to agree with Rodney Harrison, but he was right in the pre game show: "Ben is no longer a great QB, he's just good."

And good won't get it done December 17th and in the playoffs.
 
Yep....offense only effective in no-huddle and for some reason the Steelers slow the game down. Is that how you play the 31st ranked passing D?

They stop that **** EVERY TIME IT IS WORKING. I think the geniuses running this team think they can only do it so many plays a year.
 
Tomlin did not like the fact we were moving down the field. Defense on field to long, Artie still is useless. Two interceptions and no TD. Any one did that to us they would have ran into the end zone.
 
Dungy is spot on. Haley is an idiot and Tomlin isn't much better. At some point, Tomlin has to take over for Haley if he can't get it done. They come out and score here and we are screwed.
 
And nothing down the middle of the field. Which is wide open. I just don't get it. It is like they are doing everything they can to be ******. I mean, you can't be this bad without trying/

Name the plays.
The only deep one that was really off was one to AB. The other resulted in 6. 3 to Bryant free play, Bryant penalty, Bryant dropped a TD. I don't want to go deep a ton either, but there haven't been a ton off.

At least Tony Dungy is asking that same question on the no huddle. Maybe it was just part of the script this week. Which makes me hate the OC even more.
 
Like I said last week maybe they dont want any middle routes on film for Belicheat. SHowing him our bad fence waiting to unleash hell with our real offense on the Patriots then to never run it again.
 
Is it just me or do the WRs get no separation. Whenever Ben makes a throw, defenders are right there.

Will two more field goals win it for us?
 
We had 2 drives that worked. The first one was no huddle and we got our only TD. We squandered 2 D splash plays. And, then we went no huddle at the end of the half to move down the field for a FG. So, what's the problem here? Obviously Haley and him having his head up his ***.
