Yep, this is exactly it. On top of Ben still in preseason mode, the Browns always seem to play the Steelers very tough in Cleveland.

For how many times I've watched Harrison and other Steelers defenders get called for that exact hit I will never call it weak. About time Ben gets one of those calls.
