Steelers to bring back the bumblebee uniforms in 2015

The team has announced that the players will wear uniforms modeled after their 1934 duds on November 1, against the Bengals.

We put up 6 TDs vs the Ravens in them last year.

It's either 3-1 or 4-1. I remember the loss, it was to the Ravens on a Sunday nighter when Leftwich had to start and he scrambled 30 yards for the Steelers only TD in the game.
 
The best uniforms in sports and we have to go away from them for one game every year, SMH. At least Roethlisberger plays well when wearing them.
 
I like them. They're not meant to be pretty. It's a throwback. It's what some uniforms looked like back yonder.
 
I know those things get trashed across the sports world but they have grown on me....I actually like them but definitely for only 1 game a year.

3-1. Remember the loss also, i was there, in my #84 bumble bee.

That jersey and Ben's other 6 TD jersey have been transported from the sports museum to Heinz Field and back in the trunk of Ron Jr's car. He was working there at the time.

Ya know at first they bothered me but they've kind of grown on me some. Like most have said, as long as they win thats all that matters.
 
As much as I hated those uniforms when they first came out and swore I'd never get one. I will now be wearing my new Brown Bumblebee uni at the Cincy game.
 
I have to agree with you guys the damn things do grow on you and I have gone from thinking they look bad to wishing they would wear them all the time.

Why not bring back the old block numbers and jersey's from our 1970's super bowl years? Just saying...
