On Monday, the Pittsburgh Steelers signed OG Malcolm Pridgeon, and in a related move, the team waived/injured DL, Calvin Taylor.
Pridgeon was an undrafted rookie free agent out of Ohio State before spending time with the Houston Texans in 2019, and later with the Cleveland Browns practice squad in 2020. While at Ohio State, Pridgeon led the Buckeyes in snaps with 1,170 in two seasons.
Taylor also went undrafted before playing 22 consecutive starts with Kentucky. He originally was an offensive lineman before converting to the defensive side of the ball.
More to come.
